My best friend and I had such an amazing time with Sarah! We learnt a lot about Korean cuisine. Being able to see an actual local market and learn useful Korean words on the way was great. She was very interactive and had funny stories to tell. Never a dull moment. Cooking class was fun and she even gave us the recipes after the class. Would highly recommend this experience and would actually do it again if I come back. Thanks Sarah!

If we could give this more than 5 stars we would!! My husband and I had the best experience cooking with Sarah. The market tour was very helpful when we were cooking. It was so fun to be in Sarah’s home too for the class. The food was absolutely delicious. We can’t recommend this tour enough!!!

Our guide/chef Sarah is a warm friendly and engaging host. This experience far exceeded our expectations. From the tour of the market to the preparing/cooking of the food to dining on what was prepared all in the family from 15 to 58 enjoyed immensely. I personally will be making these recipes regularly when I get home- they were delicious.

I took this class with my two young adult sons. It was a highlight of our trip to Seoul. Such fun and also learned about Korean language and culture. The food we prepared was as delicious as any restaurant.

Fun class! Interesting details about some of the items on the market; interesting info during the class itself; the food we/ the hostess cooked was delicious! All our questions were answered, even if not related to cooking... at the end we received all photos/videos of us and recipes for the menu items. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best time learning to cook delicious Korean food with Jung-hee! She was so fun and we loved the experience of being able to go to the market, cook, and eat. I would recommend this experience to anyone interested in food and fun!

Sarah made it a point to engage everyone in the group individually, and to make our group experience very convivial as a whole. The food we cooked was 3 main dishes--- which accommodated different dietary and allergy restrictions- and was easy and delicious to prepare. Spice was completely adjusted to the minimum level. ( People could ask for more spice if they wished). Sarah's personality and knowledge was completely suited to sharing cooking pointers, keeping the class lively and fun, and to really have us enjoy a deliciously prepared meal. If you go as a solo traveller, you will not feel alone through her group management skills. Enjoy! ( You will receive the recipes in written form).

This was an amazing experience and intro into Korean cuisine. There was plenty of food per person. I would highly recommend it if you want to dive into home cooking in Korea.

This was worth every penny. Sara was funny, personable, knowledgeable and skilled. She explained so much about spices and ingredients at a local market before taking us to her home to learn how to make 4 different dishes. It was a true hands-on experience with a group of travelers from all over the world. She expertly helped us through the steps of three dishes that we all ate at the end of the class. Lots of fun and now we go home with the recipes and the ability to make them. Loved this class!

We loved that we were invited to Sarah's home and that we were able to visit an authentic (!) local market - the food we cooked together was delicious and we had a very nice group! Wish you all the best :)

This was by far the best cooking class I went to. Sara was amazing and really good at making the whole group feel comfortable. She’s a wonderful teacher and has a really intentional set up. Most cooking classes I go to it’s standing up but we have chairs which was really nice! She knows a lot about seasonal veggies & fruits and the market tour was very informative. It’s definitely worth the money.
