Raymond picked us up in a black SUV (Executive Style). Easy to find him and he helped is start our vacation off right! Had to pay for the trip cost to Ocho Rios even though we were only going to Runaway Bay (30 min outside Ocho Rios)….wish the charge was prorated based on distance. Overall great experience….highly recommended

Our experience was just Amazing from start to finish we would like Garfield every time we visit Jamaica that is our driver. Luxury Star Travels is now our go-to private transfer company. My wife and I did not want to ride the overcrowded, and extremely slow shuttle from MBJ to our Negril beach resort. Steve picked us up (2 people) on-time at MBJ, Steve took us to a Mega Mart grocery for beers and snacks (Steve went inside and helped!), and Steve safely drove us to Negril. Steve will get you what you want, what you need, and Steve will take you wherever you want to go. Steve is knowledgeable, Steve goes above and beyond, and Steve kept us comfortable and safe. We made this grocery stop and drive (to Negril) in 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is much faster than the 3 hour ride on the resort shuttle. Steve is “that dude”, and Steve is now “our guy”. The Cadillac Escalade was extra-large, the AC was nice and cool, and Steve keeps that Escalade spotlessly clean inside and out. Garfield was early picking us up at our resort (Negril) to travel back to MBJ. This return trip included our friends, 6 total people, along with all of our luggage. Garfield arrived early, he was very patient, and Garfield drove us to MBJ in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Garfield went above and beyond. Garfield kept our group comfortable, safe, and entertained. Garfield offers last stops for shopping. The traffic into MBJ is crazy, but not to worry, Garfield is an expert. The Cadillac Escalade was extra-large, the AC was nice and cool, and Garfield keeps that Escalade spotlessly clean inside and out. Garfield is now “our guy”. The driver was finishing up with a previous passenger....so we waited 15 minutes which was fine no worries. I love the communication our driver was awesome. I'll be using this service again in the future.

Our escort through customs was so kind and made us feel calm and relaxed. He was so happy and welcoming; what a great way to start off an amazing vacation. We where able to save 3-4 hours of our vacation by skipping straight to the front of the custom line and he was there to talk to the airport professionals when questions where asked. This company is FIVE STAR. They made me feel well taken care. I was picked up in style and on time! I was so comfortable on my drive to the hotel and to my tours. My driver was awesome and went out of his way to make the vacation a dream.

Transportation arrived later than scheduled.(30 minutes late) Transportation wasnt a luxury Suv as promised by .The driver Allan I give 5 stars
