Highly recommend this tour! Everyday was a full day packed with adventure. Our adventure included, white-water rafting, rappelling, Xiltla and a nice additional surprise to the Cave of the Swallos. An incredible cave where thousands of swifts/parrots return at dusk and perform an unbelievable bird ritual. Expect 3-days of adventure, cultural enlightenment, beautiful gardens, delicious Mexican food and lots of fun! Xhana was our exceptional personal tour guide. Xhana was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Kenya, Jose Luis, Mizra, and Richardo were also kind/helpful. Everything ran smoothly and having Hotel Valles as our primary meeting point worked out perfectly. Delightful!

Had an amazing time on my 3 days of touring. I used Huasteca.com "where even dogs have fun" and service was great. I arrived in town 45 mins late, they waited, let us change at the office. Israel,Kenya, and Mario were fun, polite, knowledge and encouraging. Oh, they have the cutest puppy in the office.

This agency is amazing at what they do, the guides and equipment they provide are safe. The guides are always checking in on you making sure everything is good. The guides themselves aver very nice and polite, they keep us laughing and having fun from start to finish. I would recommend everyone to visit la huasteca potosina, it is absolutely gorgeous. Overall one of the best experience I have had with a tour agency, will definitely be coming back. A huge shoutout to our guides: Mojarras, Airam, Ricardo, Milagros, Arturo, and Andres. It was such an amazing experience. We were travelling with all my family, including 2 babys younger than 2 years and we felt very good guided. We did 4 different tours with huaxteca.com, they also arranged our accomodation at Selva Teenek and we couldn't fault them. We are English and learning Spanish and they even helped us with that, especially Arturo he was amazing. Beautiful tours, amazing people and so much fun. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had a highly enjoyable 3 day/2 night package with Huaxteca and highly recommend them. It's like being a kid again doing all the thrilling activitites, bundling along in a mini bus, drying off in your swimmng cossie and eating snacks along the way. You pick the itineraries you want as part of your package and we did the waterfall circuirt, Tamul waterfall and Puente de Dios/Tamasopo. It's a bit of an understatement to say this is an incredibly beautiful part of the world. The organisation was very good - communcation was via Whatsapp and each day we were prmoptly picked up from our hotel. We had a different set of guides for each day - all were excellent - very enthusiatic and passiante about the Huasteca region. The main thing with doing these activities is to feel safe and they certainly did that - i even jumped into Puente de Dios from about 20 metres which is not something i would usually do. Juan Miguel was particualy good at navigating safe but exciting experiences for our group. I was with my partner who is Mesican so was my personal translator so i was ok but as most of the groups were Mexican all the info was in Spanish. I am sure they would have explained more in English if asked but there doesn't seem to be many interantional tourists which is surely going to change. We stayed in Hotel Rincon Huasteca and if you pick this option bring your earplugs! It is right by the main road into Ciudad Valles so is incredibly noisy. And as it is above the (very good) restaurant it also smelt quite strongly of food. So not the best accommodation but the staff were very obliging and bed linen and towels all very clean. :) All in all a totally exhilarating experience and I suspect they probably are THE tour operator to go with to explore this jaw-dropping area of Mexico.

Everything was amazing !! We did 3 days, if we had to specifically choose it would be the water rafting and rappelling down Tamul waterfall. The experience, was off the roof!! Better than expected, definitely coming back !!! Arturo in rafting was so much fun and made it the experience memorable. Fun fact about Charly in rappelling he can tell you about any bird with simply listening to their sound. He’s very thoughtful and kind, he had us singing and enjoying our time we had with him. Love it!

Actually did the 4 day adventure package with Huaxteca. The Xilitla surrealist park and Sótano de Huahuas with tour guide, Toño. The Micos waterfall and Rapelling tour with Osby, the Tamul waterfall and cave with Kenya and the rafting in Tampaon with Cesar and Cosme. This entire trip was amazing and such a great deal. I also highly recommend Hotel Valles as the hotel of choice. Our package included hotel, breakfast, lunch, snacks and all of the guided tours with equipment. And these are SERIOUS tours that took 8 or so hours and lots of activity and at least 2 stops or activities per adventure day! Setting up the trip with them was easy, and they communicate all info. We we picked up and dropped off each day from our hotel. The guides are amazing and so professional, experienced, helpful, patient, and FUN! I will be recommending them to everyone I can. If you are curious to visit the Huasteca, this is the way to go. Be prepared to be very active! Jumping off of waterfalls was a regular thing. It was definitely one amazing trip!!

Be ready for an arm and leg workout. Perfect for people who like outdoor adventures and seek for an adrenaline rush but aso perfect for those who like a more chill vacation with beautiful scenery. The tour guides are fun and engaging and make sure that you have fun at all times. Special shoutout to our first tour guide, Vanessa, who gave an amazing tour filled with joy and laughs!
