What to expect
Drive to Monterey's Lake El Estero after taking in historical points of interest downtown. Whip past ocean bluffs to the rocky coves of Asilomar State Beach and the pretty coastal town of Pacific Grove, home to the Monarch Grove butterfly sanctuary. You can follow a designated itinerary or make up your own adventure.
Note, Price is based on per car. Maximum 2 passengers per car; select 1 Adult per car at time of booking.

- Drivers must be 20 years of age or older and must present a valid driver's license
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Minimum age is 4 years; children must be accompanied by an adult
- All renters must be able to read, understand and sign a liability release and waiver form
- Maximum weight is 400 lbs (180 kg) per car; each rider must be under 200 lbs (90 kg) or drive their own car
- Maximum passenger height is 6 feet 3 inches (190 cm)
- Near public transportation
- One member of each group must present a credit card and government-issued ID; this information will only be used in the case of damage or loss of property
- Infant seats available
- Most travelers can participate
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travelers

My husband and I booked this 3 hour tour for our anniversary day while on a camping/vacation trip to Monterey. We were thankful for the 3 hour tour versus the 1 and 2 hour tours. We were able to see and enjoy many places. Also, we had the time to get out and take many wonderful pictures. We have been to Monterey many times but still saw many things and to go areas we had never been before. Not to mention the historical information. We had a blast!Horrible experience. Car broke down after 30 min of driving it. We were stuck on side of ride for almost an hour...we requested our money back

The Sea Cars are SO MUCH FUN!!! You can really experience the beautify of Monterey from these zippy little cars. Martha was extremely helpful and patient with us which helped our fun time even that much more fun! Bring a jacket as it gets a bit “breezy” as you take the spectacular ride along the coast toward the golf course. My friend and I absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone!
