I used the Alpin rent ski for another year's skiing in Borovets . The staff recognised me from previous years and I received a warm welcome. As I hate walking in ski boots the venue is perfect for me as I can ski in and out . I could ski to the gondola but caught a horse and cart back which was my little treat. The nursery slope right outside is perfect for that first warm up ski in the morning . There was also the 4 and 6 man chair lift very nearby .The equipment was excellent and I managed to stay on my feet apart from being wiped out by an out of control skier. Eva, who represented Bulgaria in the last winter Olympics was more than efficient (it was she who discovered that anyone over 75 only pays 100 levs for the lift pass which lasts the whole season) without her I would have paid a lot more. My grandchildren and friends also had private lessons ,3 different groups of differing abilities . The hot red wine was very welcome at the end of the day.

Top class instructor - great lessons and challenging for myself, great knowledge and technique and very much learning on the move. I am now at a standard that I can join the family on ski holidays (I was a beginner to getting around blue runs with confidence and enjoying it after a few hours). Good conversation and very knowledgeable about many things Thanks IVAN Also if you are planning on foi g most of your skiing from by the Rila don’t get anywhere else to hire etc. literally boots off at the end of the slope - no having to carry equipment anywhere As a family so pleased we booked what we did with Alpine 10/10

The best place and service in all area, very friendly staff, help you any time you need event is more digitilized as only with ski pass you open/closes locker where you can leave skis, boots helmets ,poles, goggles and jacket and next day when you come to get all is dryed and safe. What the skier/snowboarder need you get here . From our experience is better servise in Alpin Rent then in Austria and France rental service. You are in the best palce and only 2 m away from slopes and 6 seat charilift.

The location is perfect, the equipment is brand new and prices are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also the mulled wine as a welcome drink was highly appreciated! Had an overall amazing experience!

Me & my girlfriend done private lessons with George from alpine borovets ski school. Wow what a nice guy & even better teacher. Got us on the black slopes within 6 hours of lessons! Unbelievable

Well that seemed a long wait since out last trip due to the pandemic, but it was worth it as usual. Shout out to Boris, Vladimir, Uncle Vas and the rest of the staff at the Alpin. The ski-hire has a great location and all the staff and instructors are a credit to this well-oiled operation. Everyone is so friendly, the cost of hiring equipment is very reasonable and the locker system is great, even a little lift assist you downstairs! Roll on 2023 so we can return :)

I never knew how to ski before I came to borovets. I paid for 10 hours. Alpin Provided me a instructor called Chrissie. Chrissie was great. She taught me everything I needed to know in regards to Skiing. If you need a good instructor in borovets. Ask for Chrissie.

Just returned from Borovets and had transfers from Sofia and ski/boot hire and private lessons from Alpin. Very good company and really reasonable prices. Driver was waiting for us on arrival in Sofia and time of departure was reconfirmed by Alpin in resort. Arrived exactly when they said on the return. Transfer prices were one of the cheapest I found. Boots and skis were very good quality and almost new. We had private lessons from Maria who was excellent Very safety conscious and patient. She taught us things which other ski instructors hadn't mentioned in the past and gave us more confidence also very good English. Office was right on the nursery slopes near the lifts.Didn't store our skis overnight as we stayed just round the corner but could have done if required. Would use again next time in Borovets and would highly recommend.

My family and I hired 4 days ski hire and lessons from Alpin. Our instructor was Julia, Julia was fantastic, so patient, fantastic English, genuinely cared for all of us, especially when one of us was struggling. Overall fantastic experience with Julia which improved all of our confidence. Thanks Julia, Kevin, Terri, Ellie, Amiee & Lucy from Manchester. The guys in the ski hire shop were also really helpful, nothing was too much trouble especially when we wanted to change boots. All the guys were really helpful and friendly.

Located right on the nursery slope and the 4 a 6 man lifts. We had private lessons with Bobby who was fantastic and built our confidence really quickly. Will always use when back in Borovets

Another January arrives and goes but wouldn't miss our girls holiday to Borovets and again received excellent service from the Alpin Ski staff. All the staff are brilliant, but again my instructor Vanya is one of the best for her skills, safety, patience and overall brilliant tuition, there is never a day when this wonderful lady isn't smiling :). "If you're happy, I'm happy", is her motto. The location of the ski hire is in a prime spot in between both 4 and 6 seater chair lifts and beginners slope, so click in and away you go. There is a lift to take you to the locker system on the ground floor which is great when your knees have had enough. The cost of hire and lessons is very reasonable and Boris, "ickle Bean and the fellas are so helpful. You can't go wrong with any of the instructors at the Alpin, they are all so friendly and helpful whatever age or level you are at. The other girls in our group had Julia, Bobby and "Uncle Vas" and their lessons were a great mix of excellent instruction, conversation and laughter. Thanks again to everyone at the Alpin - see you next year (hopefully for a longer visit - but maybe not the 20 days we discussed Alexander!) x
