Eva was great at sorting our group of 9 with skis, boots, poles, goggles and helmets. She was super helpful and all of the staff were really friendly. We had 3 instructors and split the group

It was a gorgeous experience with friendly people. I will definitely highly recommend it to everyone. It is a dream come true: the place, the equipment and most importantly the people’s attitude and their willingness to teach and guide you every step of the way.

Great ski equipment rented and the lockers that you have to use are really excellent. The staff are very helpful and got value for money. I had lessons for the week with George and he was an excellent teacher who also made the lessons fun and by the end of the week my parallel skiing had improved so much. So thanks very much and hope to be back by next January. Paula

This is the best rental place in Borovets. Extremely helpful staff...a great depot, clean, well equipped where nothing it too much trouble. Have fun with the staff and it's laughter all the way. Boris is a legend!!

Ski school super well placed from slopes.tuition excellent friendly helpful taught me two of us to intermediate lvl and 2 beginners able to skii within 2/3 days would highly recommend no hesitation 10 out of 10 Kalina is an excellent instructor

We arrived late in the Sunday evening so didn't have time to collect our hire equipment (although we were told they close at 5.30 apparently just read they open till 9.30 !!) Arrived at the store on Monday and we were met with mainly grumpy staff !!(the tall, slim dark haired gent was ok) We had hired 4 lots of skis, 2 pairs of boots and 4 lift passes. They didn't quite understand how many of us there was and got themselves very confused but seemed to blame us for the confusion!!!! (Although it was all there in black and white on my paperwork and theirs) the equipment itself is good and good choice for different abilities. The store itself is very small and not much room especially if there are 6/8 people in there. The lockers downstairs, although practical as right by the slopes, is very small, anymore than 8 people trying to change and you'd have to stand and wait. The language barrier doesn't help either although on their website it states one of their advantages is 'they speak our language' no !! They understand very little, especially the young bald chap who is very arrogant !!! My husband had gone to hand his skis back in on our last day and was greeted by the rude arrogant chap with WHY ?? why do you think, our holiday was over. I gave the Alpin 3 starts basically because of where it is situated and the tall young gentleman.

Highly recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a weeks skiing in Borovets and Alpin Ski School and Hire made the whole thing so much easier. It was our first skiing holiday as a family and the staff were happy to meet all our requirements. They were extremely flexible to meet my families changing needs as we progressed at different levels, nothing was too much trouble. I had lessons with Maria who was fantastic with me as an unsure beginner she gave me the confidence to ski independently and happily. My boys had snowboard lessons with Valdamir which were fun and within no time they were flying and Ivan taught my husband and daughter some more advanced skills. All the staff are really nice, friendly and great instructors. The school is situated right on the slopes and the facilities and equipment are excellent we will definitely be booking with Alpin on our next visit.

We took instructors for all 6 days of staying in Borovets for small kids and my wife. Special thanks to Maria and Georgiy!! With their help everyone enjoyed every minute of the skiing!!

Another wonderful stay in Borovets with excellent service from Rent Ski Alpin. Very comfortable boots and appropriate skis. One of out party had private lessons with Ivan ,she started with a nervous snow plough and skied reds and a black after 4 hours. (She is quite sporty and had skied for 2 weeks before) RESULT. the position means that you can put your skis on outside the ski store and ski off to the nearest lift and also return without any walking.

Best place for ski rental, nice and polite team ready to help in every moment, perfect location, very good organisation, option for lockers where to store the equipment so you don’t have to carry it every day. I’ve never tried skiing and I was very scared of doing it, but then I’ve been recommended Julia. She is very kind, patient, professional and really loves her job. Only for few days she showed me how to ski and with little steps I’ve started skiing and enjoying it. She never tried to make me do something that I was not ready for and in every moment she was ready to repeat, explain, support and she was observing everything I was doing so I was sure I’m in good hands. Julia is very responsible, easy going, tolerant and good teaching! I highly recommend her and Alpin ski rental.

A really nice place, with an amazing atmosphere. Very well equiped with a huge variety of ski and snowboard equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. As for the ski instructors, I would highly recommend Julia. She has a professional ski racing background and was able to help me significantly improve my technic. I would suggest to consult with her no matter of the ski level you have. Overall highly recommend place and instructors.

Maria is an excellent ski in instructor to our 5 years old son. He wants to say Big "Thank you" as after a few lessons he was able to ski independently. 5*

Stayed in Borovets for one week skiing trip with friends. After looking at various places that offered locker hire and storage, Alpin seemed the best for both location, facilities and price. Found it very convenient as our hotel was quite far from the slopes and Alpin is just next to it! Highly recommend versus other locker hire places

We are thankful for the ski instructor Maria who trained us how to ski. She was very gentle and patient teacher with us. We warmly recommend her for beginners and especially for those of are the first time on ski.

I'm an ok skier up to blacks in good nick..but took my 5 and 7 yr old girls and first 5 minutes sweat off my brow kids sliding everywhere starting to cry...Julia appeared..good luck I thought..6 by 2hr private lessons later they are whizzing down the Blues...the 5 yr old even had shot of red. Can't praise Julia enough...firm but patient and friendly. Highly recommended. Ski hire was good I paid for premium skin's really happy. Lockers may look expensive luxury but your glad of them at end of day.
