This was the absolute best experience! My husband was having the time of his life, while I was terrified! Our guides, Will and Brandon, we absolutely AMAZING! They talked me through everything and ultimately tandemed down with me. Amazing views! Amazing staff! The course has very little walking/climbing, but there is some. I highly recommend Legacy Mountain Ziplines if you want an amazing experience!

Very professional operation. Very attentive staff. Michael and Jace were hilarious on the ride up but all business on the ziplines. My daughter and I celebrated her birthday and they were very kind to her! They made her go first in line, hang upside down on some and also a tandem! She will have these memories forever!

First time for all 3 of us. First off the guides, Donny & Cricket were amazing. They made you feel very comfortable and were attentive to anyone who were first timers, nervous, etc.. We had a small group, my family of 3 and 2 other women. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this activity if you’re thinking about it. The experience alone was totally breathtaking. I’m normally afraid of heights and wasn’t bothered by this at all. I will definitely do this again!!!!!!! I give it a 5 plus, plus stars ⭐️

We were tossing up between a UTV Tour and this Zipline Tour and geez did we pick right. We arrived at the centre and was greeted by Cliff who did all of the official stuff signing us in. He was so friendly and it was pretty quiet but instead of just doing his work he talked to us about the area and other such things - Cliff was a great guy and really started our tour off in the right way. Then we met our guides - Donny and Issac. They kitted us out and we boarded the bus for the drive up the mountain. What followed was the best 2+ hours of fun and adventure. This zip lining is so scenic - views of the mountains and was just an amazing time. Our guides Donny and Issac were funny, informative and professional really great guys. This was honestly and awesome zip lining tour and with 7 zip lines of different lengths and speeds was brilliant value for money. It’s not a tame zip line tour - your up high and get some cracking speed up so if you like a thrill - do this tour. Thanks Donny, Issac and especially Cliff for making our day from Sam and Kier.

I would place their ziplines and staff at the very top of my recommendations. Gage and Jayce were very entertaining and matched my banter full force. They were extremely knowledgeable and excellent in their safety measures. Major kudos to them both! The lines were simply incredible with spectacular views! I wish I could have filmed it! We will be coming back time and time again!

Super fun, our guides, Gavin and Finn were very fun and engaging! The whole family had a blast! Gavin made sure that everyone was comfortable before going on and though Finn was new to ziplining, he did very well and we all enjoyed our experience with him too!

My husband and I went ziplining for the first time last Sunday. It was a blast! Fabulous views. Our guides, Jakob, Jason and Danny made it so much fun and a very memorable experience. All the staff were great including the shuttle driver and photographer. We will definitely do it again on our next trip to the area! Highly recommend.

We went for my mother’s bucket list, but me and my wife an amazing time as well! The weather was perfect making for some gorgeous views of the Smokies that I haven’t seen even as a local. Shout out to Will and Micah for being great guides!

I survived!! I had the most beautiful amazing awesome experience!! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel so comfortable!! The manager was so awesome checking me in and he answered all my questions and chatted a bit with me. Made me feel very comfortable!! Even Those who drove us up and down the mountain and brought us waters were so friendly and awesome!! There was a lot of joking and laughing, making us all feel comfortable. I went with a group of 12 and the only "single" person, but everyone in my tour group was so friendly!! AND let me tell y'all. Jason and Jakob were so amazingly awesome!! They made sure I enjoyed this first time, and def not last time, Zip Lining!! Even when I came in for a landing one time and almost took Jasons head off!! Good ducking Jason!! Your next tattoo shall read...I survived Patties Landing!! 😀 he joined me for a trip down one line making sure I saw the sights!!! This was my first time zip lining and they made it so memorable!! I never felt unsafe at all!!! I researched where to zip line in Gatlinburg and found that Legacy Zip Lining has the longest zip lines, has the best reviews, and it is so worth the money!! Any of my friends or fam, and EVERYONE that visits Gatlinburg you def gotta go!! I did 6 lines by myself, like WOW!! and felt so much peace!! At the top a butterfly fluttered by!! My Mom joined me!! This was dine in her memory!!

A bucket list activity and it did not disappoint! Sebastian and Isaac took very good care of us. My husband had double knee replacement surgery and we didn't know if it would be too jarring for him, it was not. They were sure to make it easy on him. A superb experience!

Only one line had great views. However, the other lines ran you through the woods which was kind of cool. The longest line was about 1/2 miles!

Our guide Michael was amazing, he made the whole experience so much fun. The views were unbeatable as well. Definitely recommend.

We had a great morning at Legacy Mountain. I was alone with my 12-year-old daughter, who is a bit of a daredevil with a teenage attitude but had only done smaller ropes course ziplines before. I was happy that the guides put all our clips and harnesses onto the lines for us. I didn't want her doing that quickly in her usual "I know what I'm doing, leave me alone" fashion that makes me nervous. I quickly became comfortable with our guides, Sergey and Isaac. They are both knowledgeable and friendly and made us laugh. Most importantly, I felt safe with them and trusted them with my daughter's safety. It was a very windy day and Sergey told us how to minimize our speed when the wind was behind us and we were going too fast. He then sent us in tandem groups when we had to head into the wind on the longest line, to ensure we made it across and didn't get stuck. The group trusted his judgment about who should go together and who could go alone. Two people who weren't even in the same group agreed to go in tandem to ensure they made it to the other side. My daughter had to go with Isaac and he was making her laugh so she was comfortable. The guide from the next group asked Sergey's opinion a couple of times, so they trusted his judgment, also. I felt very lucky that we were assigned these two guides. I was concerned when I witnessed another guide in a later group hanging upside down -- something Sergey had specifically warned us against doing, so I do worry maybe not all the guides are as cautious. Overall a great experience. The views were great and the company handled everything well.

The length of the lines were impressive. The staff was super cool and great with our 4 kids! We were very surprised about the length of the trip and how unique each line was.

Views are amazing.. Our guide Sergi and Isaac are the best! You will not get stuck in the lines with them. Very knowledgeable of what they're doing and always checks our equipments /straps on
