The sightseeing in it self was pretty nice. Definitely worth the ride. You can’t trust the description while the ride took 7 hours each way for me, and the road was TERRIBLE and bumpy. Chauffeur drives a bit crazy. Could have used more bathroom stops than just one each way

I really enjoyed the visit, but I warn you that it is very long and hard.

the beautiful places, the trip is heavy from San Cristobal, a lot of curve, take dramamine, Chiapas is beautiful, but at least this destination seems to me it is better to take it from Tabasco, super limited times, it is a whole day of tour

Never book this tour over the internet! It is only half as expensive on site. Description is incorrect. There is no guide.

Bad service. I would not hire again
The vehicle was in poor condition, had worn tires and a poor driver's ride quality. Very rude to passengers. It was a trip that although the landscapes are beautiful, the service made it heavy. They carried suitcases in the cabin, at great risk for all passengers. We were very tight. The unit had two broken seat belts.

Great day trip with amazing sights. Unfortunately the guide/driver didn't speak English so we had some trouble understanding what was going on

Mooi maar te lang rijden om in 1 dag te doen
The things you see and do are great. The minivan is much to small voor tall persons like me. The driver has no other option than to race over the curvy and bumpy mountainroads to livecto his timeschedule To be honest i didnt have no other option... At 4 am you are in front of your hotel at 10.30 you are back totallly shaked up cus of the many bumps and curves in the roads. The best place to do this tour from is Palengue an not San Crostobel de las Casas. De driver was nice (Jesus) The sites are worth visiting and Chiapaa is beautifull.

Two Excellent Sites. One Long Day.
Agua Azul and Palenque are both excellent sites for different reasons. Waterfalls vs Mayan Temples. Each was worth the trip. To combine both in a day is efficient but exhausting. Pickup time is 4 am. Dropoff time is 11 pm. Most of the time is spent in the van, navigating narrow mountain roads and topes. En route there are stops for food and bathroom breaks. At the break locations and the main attractions, locals will try to sell you food and tourist keepsakes. Consider splitting the trip in two if you have the time.

Not satisfy, out of program
Many stop in few restaurant (why?), we arrived on late at Palenque and we had less than an hour to visit the ruins

Bad, rude driver. Too much to do in one day.
In our opinion the trip is too long for a day trip but the sights are wonderful and should definitely be seen. This rating does not reflect this however. It would have been much better to have at least a partial English speaker in a tour of 3 English speaking couples as info about each site was given in Spsinish by the driver but we're totally aware that this may not be possible. We found the driver very rude. As we speak no Spanish we tried to communicate to him about pick up times etc and were rudely ignored. We were an hour late on our return and he dropped all 3 English couples in the main square only taking the Spanish speaking ones to their hotels. Not back at our hotels as specified. Again he was very rude and just had his back to us as we left. The driving was terrible on the roads. It's a bad road but we've done the journey before much better - think bouncing a foot high every time he went over a bump! Such a shame as the sights are a must see!

Everyone must visit Palenque.
Great places to see. Though the trip to Palenque was very tiring

Beatitful and interesting locations
All of the locations on this tour were excellent choices. The waterfalls at both Agua Azul and Misol Ha were beautiful. The stop at Palenque was very interesting, and I learned a lot more about the Mayan civilization from having visited there. I originally booked the tour thinking that I was going only to Agua Azul and Palenque, but when I got the final details, I was told that it would be including Misol Ha as well. This meant I had to get up earlier and we got back later. My only recommendation is that it not be advertised that you have a certain itinerary and then find out at the last minute that it isn't exactly as you thought.
