Great tour and experience with Flagship Cruises. Rinata was extremely courteous and explained all the aspects about the city and tour. Overall great experience.

Staff was friendly and informative of the history and architecture of the area. Beautiful, sunny day for a one hour cruise.

I had a great time on this canal cruise. It was a little bit crowded but not uncomfortably so. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. It was a really nice way to see Amsterdam!

Boat was lovely. Pity that there was no proper commentary by the skipper. I think he just spoke 2 sentences about Amsterdam. Slight waste of money.

The hotel was ok. No lift which wasn't a problem but no offer of any help with the bags. The stairs are very steep. A free mini bar well two beers and two cokes. Good position and easy to get around

It was just ok. Not enough facts about Amsterdam! Only a few bits of info given. Need more history that people will be interested in. There is so much history in Amsterdam, but not given the info. Price was fair, but for an hour in the awful rain, got soaked and not much interaction, personally wouldn’t do it again.

Wasn’t much of a live guide. The guide didn’t really talk much and it was filled with a lot of people conversing. I didn’t learn anything new and only a couple different landmarks were pointed out. The staff were really nice I just wished they actually talked to us more.

Great crew on board delivering some great messages about Amsterdam. The boat left on time and the crew helped us board and disembark (thank you!)

As soon as we got out, it started raining, and we kept getting wet, and my wife didn't have a rain jacket on, and a lot of people didn't, and the seller should have had umbrellas, but they didn't, and it was a terrible experience

The stories about Amsterdam’s history were interesting. However, it was confusing because I booked through Viator and the tour company was unsure if we had paid for drinks. Apparently everyone else had so while they all had drinks and a cheese board - we sat there looking stupid.

Great tour, beautiful weather and great staff. It was a great end to an afternoon before we headed back to our hotel!

We arrived on time (ie. 10mins early) and since we were the last, we departed early. I guess we should've expected to come back early too, but hey.... The guide and his assistant were very good, and allowed plenty of time for questions. The drinks were ok, though a little pricey. The big BIG bonus for us was that this was an electric boat, and it was almost silent. I can only imagine how disappointed I'd have been if our boat had been diesel!! (But watch for rust on the beer bottles: looks like the Corona had been stored on their sides in water - I saw at least six opened & discarded bottles bearing rust. That's an operational problem that requires a company-wide policy change - not our bartender's fault: she hadn't put them there, and did right to discard them.)

Great trip - very informative. Nice to have a live guide. Always good to learn more about a place you are visiting....and to be able to ask questions.

Very relaxing tour and comfortable tour, allow you to navigate canals in a tranquil pace. Comfortable cushions allow you to lean back.

Really enjoyed this tour via water. Our hosts were funny and knowledgeable. The snacks were a hit with our teens! It was so relaxing and a nice view of streets we had been walking all day.

Was super fun! The weather was great and the staff were super nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely do unlimited bar next time though.

I wish I could write a review - what a disappointment! I had booked for a Sunday & went to Amsterdam Centraal Station on the day before to make sure I knew where to go. Nobody was able to direct me in spite of trying their best. As it was raining & very windy & cold I gave up in the end. Fortunately I was able to cancel & get a full refund. A map with exact directions would be helpful.

Fantastic tour with incredibly knowledgeable and funny tour guide! It was a much smaller group than other boat tours which was nice. We had a great time and couldn’t recommend it more. It was expected to rain a little bit and our tour was on a beautiful covered boat so it wasn’t an issue.
