Forever Vacation Bali was a great company to work with. Once you book, they get in contact on WhatsApp and provide the details for your itinerary and any add-ons you might be interested in. It's convenient to have this communication beforehand. They also respond promptly. Esa was our guide and driver. He was so fun to be around and since he is from the village by Pura Lempuyang, he provided great insight for us. Esa was also a great videographer and photographer. He captured so much aesthetic footage for us on our own phone and gave us pose directions. He was friendly and always considerate. We had a lot of good laughs throughout the trip. Our free time in Bali was limited so it was nice to see most of the highlights in one day, albeit a very early and long day. Forever Bali suggested we start at 4am to avoid the long wait at the Gate of Heaven so we took their advice. It was about a 1.5 hour wait, but you're able to sit down for breakfast (with a view of Mount Batur) then take some photos around the temple before it's your turn at the Gate of Heaven. [Don't be weirded out if your guide asks you if you're menstruating beforehand. It's only asked because the temple tradition doesn't allow people to enter if they're on their period.] We got to take our time at most of the other places so we didn't feel rushed. Esa always reminded us that we traveled far to get here so we should make the most of it. Keep in mind that traffic is likely on the way home. Don't make solid plans or reservations that night just in case. Also remember that the tour drivers work hard and long hours every day so be kind and patient with them too. Hopefully we can book another tour with them again soon but in the meantime, I'd recommend to friends who are interested in visiting Bali.

The driver was punctual, courteous, and made our journey comfortable. I had an amazing experience. I did the 4am tour and although it was quite hard to get up for, it was well worth it. We beat the heat in the beginning of the day. My tour guide, Ngurah, was the perfect guide for me. Let me sleep/rest on the rides as needed, took wonderful photos and was all around and awesome person! It can be hard to do these experiences as a solo traveler but I felt very comfortable & safe. 10/10 on this one, I swear I would do it again if I could. My favorite part was cooling off in a waterfall after a long day.. it was our last stop on the route. Oh, & just rent the dress. Trust me.

Wonderful day trip with Esa in touring the most picturesque places in Bali! It was a 12-hour day and truly wonderful experience. The tour does start early but the excitement kept us awake the whole way! Esa was personable, easy to have interesting conversations with. He was a pro photographer! The tour arranges your schedule and admission/lunch tickets are included. The restaurant selection was top notch. I had dined in that same restaurant my last visit too and loved the food and the overlook of the rice terrace. Swing is also included for those looking to have a thrilling experience. Highly recommend this tour!

This is a really great tour. The tour guide was committed to showing me amazing locations, explaining culture and history of the locations to me and taking beautiful photographs. It was a wonderful experience and I felt very safe doing it as a solo female traveller.

I visited several places. Lempuyqng Temple's door to heaven, Tirta Gangga Park, Waterfall and coffee plantation.

Our tour guide was really great. Yasa was great for our group as we were similar age. He was great at answering our questions about beautiful Bali and had told us about the history. We also enjoyed talking about New Zealand as we’re from there.
