Jana was our guide today. He took us to 3 waterfalls, 1 was different that on the guide as he had news a couple of days ago that there was a landslide and we wouldnt be able to see much whilst there. He was knowledgable in the areas we discussed and the photos he took - WOW.

Gustu was very friendly and flexible with our schedules as he is allowed to spend extra time at locations we enjoyed. Great driver who ensured we were comfortable in the car at all times.

The coffee tasting was a perfect way to start the day. Each waterfall was more amazing than the last, and Dewa took us at the perfect time to avoid the crowds but also catch the most breathtaking light. He is not only an amazing guide but a hilarious human with the photographer skills of vogue Italy. There is no way you could pick a better tour or guide than this one. Gustu, was so accommodating and very patient. He knew so much about Bali and had amazing knowledge, and great stories. He made sure we had a good time. I believe he was a secret photographer as all his photos he took of us were amazing and showed how much fun we had. Every aspect about our tour with him was brilliant. I couldn't recommend him enough. We loved all the waterfalls he took us too. We had the best time, I wish we took a photo with Gustu, as I know I will never forget today's experience. Bali is beautiful. Our tour guide nyoman putra was kind enough to take us to several areas and hold our bags and even take our photos! Would recommend !

Waterfall was amazing. Everyone must experience this. Our driver Dana was so kind and helpful to organize everything for us.

First of all, our tour guide, Dana (I think), was amazing. Super nice and accommodating!! Even took pictures of us in the water fall. Second, this tour was worth every penny. My boyfriend and I felt like we got to see so much in one day. The coffee tasting was such a highlight and had an amazing view. 10/10 recommend!!

For this tour, Gustu was our guide and I couldn’t imagine a better one. He was so nice and kind and gave us so many information about the different places. In general, the tour was very well organized and it was just a beautiful day. We saw so many different sides of Bali and would definitely do this tour again, especially with Gustu. If you don’t book this tour, you will definitely miss something out when traveling to Bali:)

I booked this tour after searching for hours on the best waterfalls to visit. I booked this tour with my partner as she really wanted to experience what Bali waterfalls had to offer and we were not disappointed. The Tour operators blessed us with an amazing tour guide and driver Gustu. I am always anxious when booking tours online but was immediately reassured when he arrived early at our pick up point and patiently waited for us to get ready to leave promptly. We were advised of what our day would plan out to be and he was very flexible and accomodating on places we really wanted to visit during this tour. Unfortunately, we had upset stomachs from the day before and required multiple stops to the bathroom and he was very accomodating to our needs. Gustu made every waterfall visit that day an amazing and seamless experience for my partner and I. Everything was handled by him and was honestly more than we could have asked for and anticipated. He guided us the whole way down on each waterfall, help hold/look after our belongings and captured amazing photos for us and when he couldn't he assisted in organising the locals to take photos of us. Multiple times he also offered to take photos of us throughout the whole day which we appreciated. For lunch he recommended an amazing restaurant at Tibumana waterfall which was an authentic Indonesian meal which satisfied our cravings. The travel time between each spot was shortened exponentially with his knowledge of the roads, intuition to avoid busy roads and getting us to our locations as quick as possible. His english was great and when he didn't understand he was willing to learn and remember the things we taught him. If you are wanting the full waterfall with a perfect picturesque experience and the most genuine and incredible tour guide, I would highly recommend booking this tour and requesting Gustu and I assure you that you will not be disappointed. We honestly couldn't ask for anything more than the service he provided us on this tour. He helped create the most amazing memories and unforgettable day! Thank you again Gustu for everything you have done for us!

Dewa was an amazing tour guide and made us feel very comfortable. We were able to customise our own tour and Dewa was so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing day exploring, would definitely recommend booking with Dewa!

During our stay in Bali we had the chance to do a Waterfalls trip with Dewa. He was super nice, smiling and bought us some local food and fruits we talked about so that we can try. For a small amount, we swam under waterfalls, visited Tirta Ganga, swing of Telalang Rice Terraces, tried local coffee in coffee plantation and visit his silver school. So much emotions in one day. Dewa stayed with us almost the whole time, clinmbing all the stairs with us (so much stairs :P)We highly recommend and will not miss to call him again for our next trip in Bali !BestNora & Kevin
