the overall experience

Things went good after getting on the boat, the staff was pleasant and entertaining (except the young lady who take to your table upon arrival Her personality doesn’t fit that position she was doing. My wife said , that Shay should be up front representing what good customer service is. We met Michael and he was awesome, My wife read reviews and all they talked about was Michael,how fun and entertaining he is. The review is correct also the DJ My wife don’t dance but she did , it was nice to see her move again since her diagnosis She didn’t like the bathroom she visited We met another couple on the ship and they said they paid 79.00, we paid 119.00 (What’s the difference). Just want to know when we come back in October Overall the crew was great, except one crew member and the young lady who told my wife there’ was no alternative for the food, I had to get a wavier after the second call , but when I got on board Micheal told my wife they could have fix something else .

The atmosphere was wonderful. Very relaxing and friendly

It was supppsed to be 3 hrs , but it ended in 2 hrs because of a light rain & we were told we still can hungout until 9 pm on the parked boat if we want. The resturant service is very poor and lacks professionalism (but enjoyed the food)

Was our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the trip and the sunset too

We had an amazing time. The service and food was superb.
