The chef has an amazing grasp of the food chemistry behind the advice on specific ingredients and techniques, all delivered in an upbeat, humorous, and informative three hours.

If at ALL possible, request Chef Mersad!! He is fantastic! Not only does he provide expert knowledge on making Pasta, Ravioli, and your own Tiramisu, his wit, playful banter, and connection with people are evident in his love of cooking! Chef Mersad made it fun for all and very informational when it comes to making these classics! Thank you Chef Mersad and your team for making this one of the most memorable experiences in Roma!
