We came at opening and left by close. It was such a wonderful day. Seeing the zoo keepers looking after their animals, something you sadlydon't see often in the UK zoo's. The food was great value for money too. We walked about the zoo at least 3 times and each time had a different yet amazing interaction with the animals. Sadly as usual some ignorant brits (adults and children) ruined the experience with hitting the glass and screaming at the animals. It would be nice to have workers around to discourage such disgraceful behaviour.

Very good trip , but lack off places to eat

The venue is great, despite having part of it under renovation. The price was somewhat expensive since we couldn't see everything due to the renovation, perhaps they should have reduced it until everything is in order. Facilities ok, there are rest areas to eat and drink, either purchased at a bar or brought from home. Now, it seems like a robbery to me that in addition to entry, you have to pay 5eur for parking, which then turns out to be with the barriers open and it is not necessary to show any ticket, in fact, on the ticket itself there is no barcode or something similar to put in a machine, it is useless paper. In total, five euros wasted in the trash and the girl at the ticket office doesn't know how to give me coherent explanations. Otherwise, it is a good place to be with the family. It took us almost 3 hours to see it.

It's was okay thought there would be more animals but I still enjoyed it
