I scheduled the shuttle the day before I left for my trip and they weren’t able to confirm the address. I received an email the day of my trip asking to send a Google link for my drop off address because they weren’t able to find it. I entered the address in Google the exact same way that I provided it to them and it came up with no issues. Due to them not being able to confirm my drop off location, they weren’t able to get a shuttle out to us so we had to scramble for transportation at the airport, and dealing with taxi services was a lot. We ended up paying less for a private taxi, $850 MXN (less than $50 USD) for two people.

The only reason I gave 4 stars because the provider messed up the pick up time. Overall it was good.
