Amazing trip. Pastor. Raoul. Omar. Very well informed tour guides. Funny too. Bring water and umbrella! Great history

This was such a great trip to see everything about the Mayan culture! I loved going to Chichikan for lunch, tequila tasting, and swimming in a cenote in a real Mayan village. The experience at Chichén Itzá was incredible and Omar was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and was able to show us so much of the village that surrounds Chichén Itzá. This trip was worth every penny!

Pastor, Omar and Raul were our guides and they did a fantastic job with making our trip fun and relaxing. They were so informative about all areas of Mexico including Chichen Itza, a Mayan village and the cenote in Chichikan! Our group felt safe and enjoyed all the facts they shared of Mexican history. I 100% recommend them for anyone else who needs a guide in Mexico.

Very accommodating would highly recommend visiting with pastor , omar and Raul. Hosts were very knowledgeable of mayan civilization.

Everything was great. Our guide, Sexy Marcela, was very knowledgable and fun. The tour bus very comfortable and clean. The venues were as expected. The buffet lunch was just “okay”. The only reason for four stars is addons. It clearly states that the tax is not included. What they don’t tell is that the tax is roughly $40 per person. Then the lifejacket rental and locker is another $17. Those costs are there for everybody, so it’s not unique to Amigo Tours. In the end we’re glad we went and truly enjoyed the day and recommend Amigo Tours

To start off, I do want to acknowledge how knowledgable and passionate sexy Marcella is about Mayan culture and the tour sites. But this tour is very hot and draining since we did go in May, and they just allocated too much time for product recommendations to influence shopping. I just didn’t feel like we had enough time for the cenote and lunch. This tour is totally not recommended for older people or children. Overall, the tour guides are not the problem, I just wish the time management was better.

Amazing experience. Our guides Frank and Juan were very knowledgeable and willing share all the history of the Mayan culture. They took care of all the details and kept us entertained and safe. Driver Luna kept us on time to each of our activities. Highly recommend!

Ramiro and Agustin were amazing tour guides. The tour was full of friendliness and passion for the stories that were shared. So much history and culture throughout the day. I appreciate how user friendly the app was to navigate and how well prepared they make sure we are to have a wonderful time ahead.

I’d highly recommend this tour and using this company. Every detail was taken care of and communicated well. Ramiro, the tour guide and Augustine the driver were exceptional and made the day even better. Ramiro was passionate and gave us lots of information about history of the mayans, as well as clear instructions for the day. His ability to deliver this in both English and Spanish was fantastic. He went effortlessly between both languages so no one missed out on any information. For anyone thinking of taking the tour, get it booked! We saw Valladolid, the cenote, lunch and most importantly Chichén Itza. All details were taken care of and the team were well organised and professional.

The tour was amazing. Ramiro, our tour guide, gave us a very detailed overview of Chichén Itzá Ceremonial City history and how it was engineered. Agustin, our driver, was able to move us safely and timely. The food at the cenote was awesome. Very recommended!!

Luna - best driver. Frank - best guide. We first stopped at Chichikan, had some food and tequila, you can swim in cenote there but it’s extra money. Food buffet was alright, nothing special. Then you will stop quickly at Valladolid (I wish we stayed there longer or had some kind of story behind the city and more details about history). After Valladolid we stopped at Chichen Itzá and strolled there for 2 hours which was enough time. I really enjoyed the history and details about Mayans shared by Frank during the ride.

Omar was really friendly, provided right information and very jovial. Best guide! He also conveyed about what to expect well before.

Lots of knowledge and history shared by the guides, would recommend to anyone interested in Mayan culture. It was a good day excursion perfect to fit into the Cancun trip

Pastor and George were great! Pastor was engaging and made sure we were all on the right track and timing. We left early in the morning (like 6am) and were happy we did since we made it back to the hotel around 6pm. The best part was the Cenote - it was the most beautiful one I saw during my whole time in Mexico. Bring lots and lots of sunscreen and be willing to rent a $5 umbrella for the sun at Chichen Itza. The food for lunch wasn't great but we were so hungry that it didn't matter to us.

I was very impressed with our guide, Omar Aguas. You could tell he is incredible passionate about sharing Mayan history with the public! You can also tell he’s a generally good person, as I got heat exhaustion something terrible. His response was prompt and kind. We ended up missing out on the ruins and he was kind enough to reach out to the company about refunding some of the money due to something that was not their fault. The only thing I wish I’d known before was that the cenote trip has a lot to do with little time. We were there for about 2 hours and had to squeeze in the cenote (can’t wear sunscreen so don’t waste your time doing it lol), lunch, and the tequila tasting. I wish we had another hour there. It is also a much longer day than what you’re expecting. Granted, my hotel is almost to Tulum so we were the farthest from the meet up point, but we left at 8 and got home around 9:30. I’d advise bringing lots of water and snacks!

Frank, Pastor, and Luna did an amazing job!! This is the best tour bus I ever been. Franks was funny and everyone sticked to the schedule. The cenote we went to visit was beautiful, and they gave us a real Mayan experience. I would 100% recommend!
