Rosie and Hannah we extremely welcoming, friendly and all round great cooks. We spent the 3.5 hours cooking lovely meals that we look forward to recreating back home. Great company, atmosphere, and plenty of laughs.

Food was extremely good, Lucy and Rosie were brilliant. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would happily go again. Great.

We did the farm, market and cooking class with Rosie and Lucy and it was outstanding! We really enjoyed finding out how the farming system works and met “grandma farmer”. The market was enjoyable discovering all the different items and Rosie was very knowledgeable. For the class we made pho, eggplant and papaya salad and it was all delicious! Easily recommend this class!!

Great fun. Interactive- shown recipies then get the chance to cook them. Simple, delicious and easy to prepare and cook. Cooked with 4 friends- was such good fun..lots of laughing and ended up with delicious food cooked by ourselves. Highly recommend trying it out.

We had an incredible time doing the cooking class in Jolie Villa. It has been one of the highlights of our trip around SE Asia. Hana and Kathy were amazing hosts. Their kindness, patience and good humor made the class even better. The trip to the local farm and market with Hana added to the experience. The food was delicious! 10/10 would recommend!

The cooking class was really good, the people were so friendly and helpful and spoke english great! Lucy and Rosie were both amazing. Such yum vegetarian and meat food- easy recipes to make at home as well. Highly recommend this class :)

This was such a fun cooking class!!!! My two young children joined in on all the fun and staff was very friendly especially with including my children in the class. Food is delicious!!! I definitely recommend this cooking class.

This is an amazing class! Rosie is an excellent instructor, providing both interesting and helpful information as well as being fun and entertaining. We made some fantastic dishes that I hope I am able to replicate once I return back home. The time flew by and I was very full by the end. It was a fun filled evening!

I took the cooking class with Jolie and it exceeded my expectations! The instructor was so kind and friendly, the ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious!

We had a very nice cooking class with delicious local meal, like pho and rice pancake! Small size group, was perfect! We got many infos about local food from Rosie!

Great dishes, small group, very pleased that it was not touristy, Rosie was fantastic. Highly recommend this . The dishes were all cooked from scratch and delicious.

Really enjoyed this class, our chef Rosie was friendly, kind and made the class very entertaining. We made 4 dishes and had some fruit for dessert, the food was delicious! Their set up was perfect for the class and a nice small group size made it easy to learn and interact with everyone.

We did the morning class that included a trip to the market with some coffee before we headed over to the kitchen. Rosie was our guide and teacher. She was amazing! The market trip was worth the extra $, we used this opportunity to ask questions. The class was small, 3 of us. It was very relaxing and educational. Thank you!

Everything from start to finish was superb. The booking with Trip Advisor was very easy. We were contacted by Hannah the night before to remind us (we hadn’t forgotten!). The welcome from Hannah and the team was very warm. We met a very nice German couple, so only the 4 of us which was perfect. We made 4 different dishes with very fresh ingredients and then sampled them all. We had so much fun too. From tossing pancakes to honing our chopsticks skills ! We all participated in the cooking process and learned so much about Vietnamese cuisine. Cám ơn Hannah

The cooking class was really great. We were a family of 4 with the kids who enjoyed every minute. We had a fantastic time with Rosie. She was super fun and a great host. We started with the delights of the local market and then went on for 3 hours of awesome cooking and delicious eating of Vietnamese specialties . Wonderful experience, we highly recommend it!

The cooking class with Rosie was fantastic. The food was very good and she was very clever in teaching us about the food and how it was made in perfect English. Thanks to her, we look forward to, and hopefully are able to, make this food back home in Norway. This was amazing! Such a wonderful cooking class. So much fun and incredible, fresh food. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to come back and experience it again. We even played some games.
