We had an amazing day!! Love it to the morning till the end of the day. We started with a nice breakfast with wine, cheese and ham. That was delicious. Then we continued the wine tasting all day long. The region is exceptional, so green! The cruise was relaxing. A special thanks to our guide, she made our day! We highly recommend :-).

It was a small group, and everyone got along really well. Our guide was exceptional and will recommend him to anyone. Athough the ride was longer than expected we enjoyed each other and had a wonderful me. Went up in the mountains to Douro Valley, rode the river boat and went wine testing to a couple of places. Lunch was included and it was magnificent. If you like wine and like to see the country side, this is a tour to take.

We had a wonderful time on our Dour Valley wine trip. Our guide Marcelo (hope I’m coming close to spelling his name right) was fantastic. He was wonderfully funny and very friendly and really made the whole trip unique. If your traveling in a group this would be a great group outing but even traveling as a couple, my wife and I met 5 wonderful people and had so much fun I’ll never forget them.

Andre is an excellent guide! Very knowledgeable, funny, attentive, with excellent winery/location picks. The boat ride was a great way to sightsee the lower half of the Douro valley and the second winery has an excellent view of the entire valley. Delicious wine, olive oil, and food, great company with amazing views! We are thrilled we chose this tour!

Great day in the Douro in a small group tour. ALEX was an amazing guide.... beautiful scenery...delicious food. I really enjoyed the olive oil tasting....only surpassed by lunch in the garden on a 300 year old estate. And did I say plenty of wine... totally worth every penny.

A great experience with a wonderful guide who was both friendly and informative. The scenery alone is worth the trip. The optional boat ride is worth the money. Just make sure to buy a bottle of wine at the winery so that you can sip on that as you view your gorgeous surroundings.
