Absolutely wonderful experience - great fun. Chose the Fairground Escape Room and worked together as a couple. Escaped with 10 minutes to spare. Eduardo was lovely, very friendly, excellent English, explained clearly all we needed to know before starting. We needed three prompts but were only offered these after being perplexed for rather a long time! Lovely setting, really friendly. Ideal for a wet day - or even a sunny day - experience. We will go back and try another room, definitely. Thanks Eduardo. We booked prior to arriving in Lisbon and having read other tripadvisor reviews.

Games were very fun, our game master Daniela was great, giving help where we needed! Our only issue was that it was quite dark and made it difficult to identify some clues. Otherwise 10/10! Really enjoyed 🙏✨

We played The Mystery of Fernando Pessoa! and our host was Daniela, who was absolutely delightful. The room itself was very well made, with some excellent tactile puzzles. Very few combination locks too, which I consider a sign of a good escape room. It would have been nice to have a puzzles related to Fernando's alter egos ( his heteronyms ).

Miguel was such a great facilitator for our escape room experience! It was a really fun challenge and we were lucky to solve the case before our time was up! Highly recommend doing this if you’re in Lisbon

The experience was really nice and fun, it is not a boring story and we had a lot to think until to figure out things.. Also, our “guide” was friendly. I highly recommand Luis, he made the experience more fun. Nice place!

Amazing staff, great experience. Rooms are challenging but a lot of fun. We came 20min late due to traffic and Filipe made sure we got to enjoy the full experience, even though that meant he had to work overtime for more than 40min. All along reassuring us that it's not a problem and our experience is what matters. Truly amazing experience, 100% because of Filipe and his efforts and friendliness. 10 stars to Filipe, thank you so much. We've done all three rooms and I can say they are a lot of fun! Rooms are challenging, interactive, stories are interesting. Highly recommended!

Very professional puzzle rooms in an attractive premises in central Lisbon. We did the fairground room which has great puzzles and decoration. It's quite difficult - not necessarily for kids! Luis was a fantastic guide and gave us just the right hints when we needed them.

We love escape rooms, this one had all the prospects of a great experience but was actually a bit disappointing. An average rating from us, would have been good for two people, not written or staged for us five. It felt a bit clunky, the clues were incongruous and the theme did not chime at each stage. The logic was not linear and our supporting host disappeared for a while in the middle and then someone else appeared.

The game with the liquid was funny an intresting because inlike chemie and was rally nice vor me thank you

We played 'The Mystery of Fernando Pessoa' and were really surprised at how fun it was. We've played a lot of games, and everything made a lot of sense; generally really fair. The start had a tough bit of scavenging which delayed us a lot, but once we got going, it was a series of joyful discoveries. Our host was Eduardo who was so lovely and friendly (and spoke English perfectly) and after playing Escape Hunt all over the world I genuinely believe this is the best Escape Hunt I've played at. We were recommended this game specifically because I was with my 82 year old mother, and the game suited her perfectly - she had a great experience too. Overall, we were super pleased with the experience, even including some excellent communications before the day, when we had potential travel issues. Thank you!

We went to Feira Popular and it was a great experience. Tricky puzzles but solvable and the host Gabriel was great.

This was our first Escape room experience. Two children, 10 & 13, mum and grandad. Bruno, our Game Master, was friendly and on hand to help where needed (which was quite often 😅)… We arrived stressed as we were late, but the staff immediately made us feel at ease. We also went over the allotted 60 minutes but Bruno was patient in letting us get to the end 🙏 Great fun. Really nice to have an activity that all the generations can participate and engage in. We’d love to do another one some time ☺️

A great experience with 10 year old kids who were blown away by the set up and totally immersed in the intrigue

We had an amazing time! The guide Eduardo was super helpful (with the clues as well). It was well organized and we didn’t have to wait too long which was great! They also gave us a locker to keep our personal items with a key so that was great!

Our 5th escape room as a family (which includes a tween and teen) but our first in Lisbon. Everyone loved it and Miguel our Game Master was very friendly.
