We had an amazing experience with Reef. He was intimately familiar with the history of Juneau and Alaska and was able to answer all of my questions about the area. He took us to several great photo locations and customized the tour based on our interests. 5/5 experience for sure.

Reef gave us an excellent and entertaining introduction to Juneau and we enjoyed learning some of the local history and secrets! Despite the rain, his energy and enthusiasm was not dampened! We highly recommend him!

Our pedicab tour was the highlight of our visit to Juneau. We learned so much about the history of the area and Alaska as a whole. My wife I and I were in Juneau in early August and ended up on Theos bicycle drawn carriage tour due to some mobility issues. . He was an interesting and considerate tour guide and helped to make our time in Juneau very memorable . We were very fortunate to have his father James meet us in at a couple of stops, and also get his perspective on Juneau. Both of them were passionate about their hometown. I have no hesitation in giving a five star rating for the tour , Theo and James.

Wonderful tour! This was an impromptu ride around town for us, as we had time to kill before our whale-watching excursion. Theo was absolute perfection as a tour guide, keeping us entertained with all sorts of stories about the people and places that make Juneau’s history so unique and fascinating. Our ride was also tailored to our preferences and needs; Theo was happy to make recommendations and stops along the way for a bite to eat, the local drugstore for a few necessities, and a drink at the Red Dog Saloon. And we were returned to our meeting spot for the scheduled excursion in plenty of time. This pedicab tour was a highlight of our trip and a wonderful memory. Highly recommend!

Fantastic way to see Juneau if you have mobility challenges! James was an enthusiastic tour guide and very attentive in helping my 83-year-old mom who typically uses a wheelchair. We saw far more than we would have on our own, or via a more traditional bus tour, which isn't always that accessible. A pedicab gets you close to the action, including the famous spouting whale! Plus James is very well informed and clearly loves Juneau! Highly recommend his tour for a personalized experience!

After getting off our cruise ship in Juneau, we decided to do a Peddle Tour. Reef was AMAZING! He was knowledgeable about the city and all of its history. He shared some places that we would have never seen on our own. We would highly recommend this one hour tour of Juneau.

We made a last-minute decision to try this tour and we are so glad we did! James made this port of call more special than we could have imagined. It was personal and filled with information that made Juneau feel more like a place where people lived than just a place to go shopping off the ship. I highly recommend it!

They were great. The only reason I have it 4 stars is we didn’t stop at the fudge factory. They were funny, knowable, and willing to go the extra mile. We all enjoyed ourselves!!

My friends and I were on Celebrity Cruise. We visited several ports, James and Kayden were by far the best experience of the whole cruise trip. They were informative, respectful of local culture and very friendly. Excellent tour guides. Highly recommend.

The tour was AMAZING! At first I thought it would be lame, I was WRONG! This was the best part of the day! James and Reef connected us with this historical wonderful city in a way I won't ever forget. Totally worth the money, 100%! I highly recommend doing this tour.

What a great way to get to know the town. We were lucky enough to have a tour guide called Reef, he was a young lad and a born and bred local. His enthusiasm and love of his home shone through. He was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable about the area. We learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed his tour and his company. Great to meet a youngster with such drive and determination to do a good job and work hard. Highly recommend this tour.

James was a great guy and told us about a lot of the history of Juneau. He is very knowledgeable and also very personable. he’s very down to earth and I also has a very good sense of humor. We did the 30 minute tour and had a really good time with him. I would highly recommend.
