Be careful when booking with this company. I booked the English tour with included dinner and got a fully Spanish tour without dinner. When I complained I got no explanation and only a partial refund of 23 dollars, which is basically just the price difference to the Spanish tour. I obviously didn't understand a single word during the whole tour and had problems communicating about time schedules and pickup times with the drivers. The whole experience was unpleasant. Would not recommend this company.

This is an interesting trip on a small launch through the canyon. We saw spider monkeys, pelicans, and a crocodile. Chiapa de Corzo is a nice tourist town with good restaurants. If you have a car, skip the tour and drive to Chiapa de Corazo. The boat tours are Mx 275 from the river front.

The pickup is late, the van is not sanitized, you will spend over 3 hours driving in an unsafe van just to arrive at the destination, without seat belts, no guide, no stop to bathrooms, the van is full, people will have to travel beside the driver, squeezed, THERE’s No dinner buffed included, NO COVID precocious, the actual tour is around 3hours, the other 6 is driving with non qualified drivers. DO NOT book a trip here, wait until you get to the city to find a better option. Here they charge 8 times, YES, 8 times more than the actual price of the tour.

Muy bonita experiencia. El cañón del sumidero es espectacular eso si deben de mejorar los asientos de los taxis son muy incómodos

Bello lugar para visitar tanto en la parte superior como en lancha. Durante el recorrido por lancha tristemente te percatas de la cantidad impresionante de basura que hay en el río. Ojalá y las personas hagan conciencia del daño que se le hace a la flora y fauna con las toneladas de basura que se vierten en este hermoso lugar. Algo que nos encantó fue que pudimos comer unos deliciosos tamales en la plaza de Chiapa de Corzo.

Cette excursion ne dure pas une journée, mais une demi journée et elle ne comporte pas la vue du canyon depuis les miradors situés au sommet de la falaise, contrairement à ce que laisse entendre la présentation. Le point positif était le guide anglophone (remarquable, et de plus pour moi seul) mais cette excursion ne correspond pas à ce pour quoi j'ai payé. La promendae en bateau vaut le coup, mais on peut acheter celle-ci trois fois moins cher.
