An outstanding company! The bikes are well maintained. We biked 40 km around scenic Wellington. The staff at the bike shop couldn’t have been more helpful. The best way to see Wellington with limited time. We came in on a cruise and booked 3 months ahead.

Great experience and the staff were very friendly and provided a suggested map route to cycle. It was a very scenic ride! Highly recommend, but dress warm and note weather conditions before you go!

I rented one of the smaller e-bikes for the day , went all along the beautiful coast to Shelly bat and before that up to the lookout on Mt Victoria! I had a super day the bike ran very well the turbo option was great for up the steep parts, it’s a great was to see Wellington and areas if you don’t have a car. Check in and our was a breeze with switched on bikes.

Brilliant way to see Wellington. Loved our 40klm hike along the coastline. Well worth it considering I have not ridden a bike for over 30 years, the e-bike made it so much easier to get back on!

Fantastic day biking in Wellington. We went 25-30 miles, following the ocean the whole way. It was really spectacular. Ocean views, waves, coffee spots along the way.

Nice shop on the wharf, bikes in good condition, rode everywhere 5+ hrs, had great weather. Hill climbing is a breeze.

We persevered through high winds and rain, still we loved this adventure! Nice bikes, great route, and great help from Liam.

We enjoyed this e-bike rental, and doing the recommended route along the coast was great. We booked through TA, and I rescheduled in an effort to select a day with a decent weather forecast, but things can change quickly in Wellington, and the day ended up being very gray and windy with a touch of rain. If you don't book ahead, you run the risk of not getting a bike, but for the days we were in town, there were always some bikes available. I asked one of the employees about the need to make reservations in advance and he said that on weekends when cruise ships are in, it is common to sell out. While we had fun and enjoyed ourselves, I think if I had to do it again (especially if I was in Wellington for a few days), I would not book ahead, as it would have been so much nicer if it had been an nice day.

A wonderful day in Wellington with friends riding bikes. Liam was a huge help getting ready for our bike ride. He was very helpful with instructions, encouragement and a map. Well worth the money.

It was a windy day (Windy Welly), and we were concerned walking from our cruise ship it may not have been a good idea. Short walk from the ship dock along the promenade. Staff very helpful with maps/routes to take, and where not to go which was one area along the Oceanside. The BAY and city were very Rideable. We ventured off into some neighborhoods in the Weta Workshop stumbled across a neighborhood cafe, enjoyed conversation with the locals. Ride to some peaks for great views. There were road bikers and non-riders in our party of 4, the bikes were very easy to ride, great condition, locks provided and batteries were secured/locked to the bikes as well. We were in and out of several tourist spots, restaurants and waterholes. No issues at all, plenty of power and distance from these e-bikes. Pay attention to the brief intro for operation (turning on the battery/ NO FEET on the pedals so turn on before you get on the bike!! ) and shift changing the gears.

Did not get to dothis excursion but went by to see operation and it was top notch. Would have been a great experience.

First time on an electric bike. Great fun. Made the wind seem like nothing. Would recommend. Very friendly team made the experience easy. Worth the money.

Fantastic scenery around the Wellington Sea wall, highly recommend this tour! Some very nice eating places and it’s one of the top cities of the world to rent a bike. Get the electric bike as Wellington is very windy.

The full day gave us a great opportunity to really explore the Mirimar peninsula, essentially a flat ride, although the wind did make it a bit challenging in some sections. Very helpful staff, ensuring we were given some great riding options to choose.

The bikes were great! The staff were really helpful and gave us great tips on the different tours we could take as we booked a self guided tour. If you ride around the harbour, take your swimmers as you can stop along the way for a quick dip or lay in the sun.

Well it was a great experience. Picking up the bike was straight forward. People working there were friendly, guided me about the bike, route . Definitely will book again

Great day out, really nice bikes super comfortable and easy to ride. Would recommend to anyone, locals or tourists just a beautiful way to enjoy the harbor and hills.

Beautiful drive all along the shoreline. Numerous places to stop for photos, food and fun. The bikes were well maintained. Ed were provided a map and suggestions on how we might attack the day. We are in our 60’s and 70’s and we had no trouble operating these e bikes which we tackled for the first time. (You can teach old dogs new tricks). A wonderful way to explore Wellington. Highly recommend this company and this tour.

We changed to the guided tour and are so glad we did! Dillon was fabulous and taught us so much about Wellington, and helped navigate the ride with ease. He took photos for us and we had a blast. I literally never stopped smiling the entire ride!
