The tour was mostly forgettable. Tour guide was energetic but the stories lacked drama or interest. Told in a disparate way. The stories need to be reworked to make them compelling.

The tour guide was energetic but the content of the tour was very disappointing. The stories were flat with long periods of just walking. I would not recommend this tour. Try another tour company as they can be great.

It was interesting to learn both the history of Chicago gangsters and the tragic deaths that had occurred in its history.

Joseph was our guide and he did great very chill guy, explained everything, answered our questions, it was a great experience.

Met at the Hyatt on E Wacker drive, very convenient location. Alan, our guide checked on us the day before the tour and an hour before. A very professional set up. The tour itself was extremely informative and fun, Alan gave it his all. Stopping at the Palmer hotel for a coffee and a brownie was a nice touch

What a fun way to absorb the history and culture of the Midwest I highly recommend doing this tour. You won’t regret it. My family loved it.

Avery was very enthusiastic and knowledgeabe about various events in the Chicago area as well as entertaining us with 'gangster' events. The tour was great. Would recommend.

Alan was a true entertainer! He brought the story to life. He was also very funny which was helpful during some of the saddest parts of the tour ( death alley).

Baylor was our guide. She sent an intro text about 40 minutes before our tour. The group was very large. It would have been nicer to have a smaller group. I enjoyed the stories.

I think we went with Brandon if I’m not wrong, and he was super nice. I think is more for walking but it is fine I will suggest more time for waking

I loved hearing the stories and made mental notes to go research further. I also really enjoyed our guide. She was animated and fun. I do however, wish we would have gone inside of the Congress Hotel.

Avery was an incredible guide, for an incredible tour. Extremely informative and entertaining, and the architecture was stunning. Especially loved his description of Al Capones life and the entertaining way in which he told it. Would recommended to anyone Chicago with two hours to spare and an interest in the cities interesting history!

This was a great little tour. I have a bad hip yet I didn’t find this too hard to walk. Avery did a fantastic job. Thanks Avery.
