We had a wonderful tour with Phuong. Ha Long bay is amazing. Phuong came to pick me up at my hotel and everything was perfect.

More than worth the money. The bus is comfortable and comes with AC and picks you up at your hostel. The boat ride comes with a great lunch with a variety of foods, and drinks are also available for a cost of about 40k-150k VND. Phong was an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of the area, the stories behind the names of places and he had good jokes. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our trip! Phong was an amazing tour guide and the whole team was very friendly! Everything was super organized and we were able to see really nice spots in Halong Bay. The food was incredibly good - we had many vegetarian and also vegan options. We can definitely recommend doing it!

Phong was the best guide, we loved everything about the tour. Halong bay was awesome and the big boat very comfortable. I didn’t get seasick which I usually do. Also the food was amazing. Really good price for what you get. Would come back!

Great experience! The perfect amount of time to see Ha Long Bay in several different modes: Hike, Beach swimming, Kayak/paddleboat, and a cave tour. There was also a speedboat tour available. Phong was our tour guide and he did a great job informing us and was quite funny. He was very sweet and helped a lot of others on the tour, including helping saving someone’s phone that was dropped in the water! He also offered to take group photos and explained everything well in excellent English. The food was excellent and Phong was helpful and checked for dietary preferences from everyone before we got on the boat.

This trip was very enjoyable, we departed from Hanoi around 9am in a comfortable shuttle bus. Phong, our tour guide, took the time to point some key land marks out on our way to the cruise. The cruise boat was great very well kept up, we had alot of choices for lunch everything was very yummy. The first site was a hike to the top to see the bay which had incredible views, the second was kayaking or boat i recommend the kayaking even if your not so skilled, the last was to a surprise cave which is truelly a shock when you see it. Over all great day trip from Hanoi.

Fantastic tour with our guide, Phong and driver Cuong. 2.5 hour drive to Ha Long, lunch on the cruise, a hike/swim stop, speedboat/kayak stop and a cave stop. Action packed day and tons of fun! Phong was quite knowledgeable!

Amazing day exploring Ha Long Bay. I was worried about the food quality, as I am a picky eater, but there were loads of food options on the boat. Phuong was a great guide! Overall the day was really well organised, including the morning pick up, particularly compared to other similar tours.
