The cooking class with our guide K was amazing. Before we signed up, we were concerned about driving out of town for the class, but as it turned out, it was perfect. It was so nice to be in the countryside and at the farm. We got to cook the dishes that most intrigued us does plus make curry paste, which was so interesting. K did a fabulous job facilitating and demonstrating the cooking. He made it fun and interesting. I enjoyed seeing all the herbs and spices in the garden. The setting makes it easy to get to know other members of the group which I also enjoyed. There were other cooking groups there, but they organized it so it was not chaotic or confused. Overall, a fabulous experience.

Love was a fabulous guide. He made the class fun and exciting. He also explained a lot about Thai food, which was great! There was a huge amount of food, so come hungry!!!

Absolutely amazing.. Lily our guide was phenomenal. So fun and full of energy. We were picked up at the hotel and taken to a wonderful grocery farm. Once again Lily explained all the different ingredients and I was able to buy some to take home. Amazing price! The cooking class was unbelievable. Never have I tasted such delicious food...that I cooked!! We chose three recipes and was shown how to make each from scratch. We even went into the garden and saw all the raw plants. They also send all the recipes and professional photos to us via email which is excellent. A one of a kind experience which I highly recommend to anyone who comes to Chiang mai. Thank you Lily and everyone at smile organic farm cooking school !! Tip.. choose the Kao Soy, you won't regret : )
