The ballon ride was great! The views were just awesome. From take off to landing, the whole journey was smooth. The driver was on time as well for pickup from hotel.

Unfortunately, as per some of the other bad reviews, our experience of dealing with this company during bad weather was really negative. We booked the balloon trip many weeks in advance and obviously paid for travel and hotels etc as well but after cancelling our booking for bad weather (to be clear we fully understand they don't control that bit) they offered no opportunity to rebook. The reason for this isn't actually availability, it's because they can hike the prices up on the first day after bad weather eases and they would rather cancel the cheaper advance bookings and refund you because they can sell new bookings to last minute buyers at more than twice the price. They don't control the weather but there is no contingency planning around it or concern for customers who have already experienced the disappointment of travelling here and not getting to see or ride in balloons.

It doesn’t worth the price at all ! The driver came to pick us up in the morning and we were almost having an accident as he was driving like crazy on top of being so impolite ! Then we arrived to a spot where people were mixed and started to run like crazy chickens to the balloons. No guidance, no proper guide to explain anything. They distributed flyers with security rules to respect and a mini bag with juice and snacks (this is what they called the Breakfast). Then we were 24 in the balloon basket. You have to fight to get the view, very noisy, you can’t enjoy the sky, the landscapes… and the captain is filming by his own and proposing to sell the video at the end ! Last but not least, the flight supposed to be 1 hour minimum duration. But for “weather conditions”, it lasted 35-40 min while other balloons were flying without any problems due to the weather. For the landing, i never experienced this. We landed on the ballon truck directly to gain time for the staff. For the safety and security, it was really border line. I have experienced hot air balloons flight everywhere in the world and this one is the worst experience for 300$ per person it is clearly not recommended!

The views are perfect, the weather is nice(which is very lucky….) And there is no better way to conclude the hotair balloon experience than champagne celebration! Definitely recommend!

The company was punctual, and the trip to the launch point was smooth and uneventful (and short). The trip was as advertised and the terrain very special. The scenery was quite breathtaking, and the ride was gentle and well piloted. The landing was very smooth as well. Great job!

The views were amazing!! Definitely 10/10 recommend to fly with atmósfer! Captain and the entire team welcomed us with morning coffee, tea and breakfast snacks! After the wonderful views we finished off popping champagne and they give you a certificate after!

A most magical trip! Hard to put into words but one of the most memorable things we have ever done. The pilot team were friendly and obviously highly skilled and we felt, although awed and excited, very safe the whole time. Can’t recommend it enough.

Once in a lifetime experience. The view was breathtaking. We managed to see the sunrise despite being cloudy that morning. Floated over the fairy chimneys and valleys. The pilot did an amazing job of gliding carefully over the area and took us to the maximum height of 1400m before descending down. It was lovely seeing all the other balloons in the air. Takeoff was smooth and so was the landing. We were first to be picked up at hotel and last to be dropped off. Got dropped off 10 min later than expected. Almost missed my tour bus leaving town. That made me anxious. Wished that I was dropped off earlier as requested. Other than that, it was wonderful.

This is an experience of a lifetime over some of the most spectacular landscape in the world. It's very professionally run and should be on everyone's Must Do list.
