We had a wonderful experience! It was a friendly and professional team that gave us a memorable flight with a birds-eye view of the beautiful city of Toledo and its surroundings.

I have a bit of a longer review, but a TLDR would be that everything was great, every crew member was communicative, helpful and kind, the experience is a must-do and I would happily go again! Now, in long-form: I wanted to use this balloon flight as a way to propose to my girlfriend. I told this plan to Virginia, who let me know in advance what the schedule will be, how the pick-up will happen and promptly answered all of my questions. She then coordinated both our driver, Emanuel, and our pilot, Jose Luis, and let them know about my plans. I spoke to Emanuel in private and he, in turn, managed to keep the activity a secret during our whole drive, so that my girlfriend was completely unaware of where we were going. He even, went above and beyond and spoke to the other tourists in our car to not spoil the surprise. Both drives (towards and from) were very safe and calm. The balloon ride itself was very smooth and I felt safe during the whole duration of the flight, and that says something coming from a person who has a fear of heights! Our pilot clearly explained the safety procedures and told us what to expect and how everything was going to go. The atmosphere was fun, the views were amazing, and we had a GoPro that we could pass around and record with. After landing, we had some food and some champagne waiting for us. The small bites were good, but the tortilla was just delicious, really, really enjoyed it. The crew constantly made us feel like we were between friends and were just smiling all the time. I have really enjoyed the experience and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who want to try something new!

Absolutely worth getting out of bed at 4.30am. This was a birthday gift for my husband & he was absolutely thrilled "One of the best things he's ever done " his exact words. Pepe our pilot & the team was just fabulous, so friendly & very knowledgeable. Such a an amazing experience with breathtaking views. Finished off with some snacks & a traditional glass of bubbles. You also help pack the balloon away which is in experience in itself Worth everything penny.. highly recommended

We had a wonderful time on our flight. The crew was fun and attentive from the time they picked us up at the hotel in Madrid until after the fun little reception after the flight. We would easily do this again. We opted to stay in Toledo for the rest of the day and we were dropped off without a problem.

Amazing tour, nice view, very good service!! Very recommend!! The staff were very nice, everything started on time, we saw the sunrise over Toledo and very beautiful views. The tour took about an hour in the hot air balloon, the guide was very nice. Then we drank champagne and there was an explanation by the guide about the history of hot air ballooning that started in France. A very good pleasant and enjoyable experience and I really recommend it

The flight was a once-in-a-lifetime trip! Sunrise over the beautiful city of Toledo with my family, what could be better? At the end of the ride we helped put away the balloon which was really fun. Jose (Pepe) gave us a little history of hot air ballooning in English and Spanish while Mickey was setting up a nice little brunch of tortilla, ham, cheese, bread sticks, and of course cava! What a beautiful experience!

Nos hubiese gustado unas pasadas por Toledo ciudad. Una escalerita para entrar en la cesta sería un puntito mas. Las vistas son impresionante

Las vistas increíbles!! Hacia frio al llegar, luego al comienzo del globo entre el sol y el fuego, se sintió mas cálido . Tuvimos un grupo excelente de piloto y acompañantes, al final una historia muy chula y picadera rica... lo recomendamos!

Me ha encantado la experiencia, pero yo creía que íbamos a sobrevolar la ciudad de Toledo, aún así fue muy bonito

Dia precioso con una agradable brisa sin nada de frio por lo que la mañana estaba de cuento y casi como en un cuento comenzamos nuestra aventura, nos subimos a la barquilla del globo y dimos comienzo a la aventura de volar por los cielos de Toledo, unas vistas maravillosas del Alcazar de Toledo y de su rio Tajo. Desde el cielo pudimos observar los campos de viñedos y tuvimos la gran suerte de poder observar a varios corzos que asustados corrían por el campo (un espectáculo visual), en referencia al aterrizaje casi que nos posamos como si fuéramos una pluma (aquí nos dimos cuenta de la gran experiencia de nuestro capitán de vuelo). Y no tenemos que olvidar como participamos de la experiencia de la recogida del globo. Para punto final nos contaron la historia de la invención del globo y por que siempre se descorcha una botella de Cava y se brinda con el(no os contare la historia para que os animéis a realizarla y la podáis escuchar de primera mano) Y por supuesto no olvidaremos el buen hacer y la amabilidad del personal que compone el el equipo de vuelo. Para colofón un almuerzo campero que uno de los componentes del equipo estuvo trabajando toda la noche para hacernos las tortillas que nos comimos. No puedo olvidarme de los otros participantes del vuelo que hemos quedado unidos por nuestro bautismo en cielo, grandes compañeros un beso y un abrazo para todos. Resumiendo una experiencia que queda grabada en nuestras cabezas y que no olvidemos nunca. A Equipo de vuelo GRACIAS por vuestra profesionalidad.

Recomiendo esta aventura, es muy emocionante y divertida, nada de vértigo ni mareos si no todo lo contrario las vistas son espectaculares y el trato y la seguridad que te brindan pepe y Daniela te hacen disfrutar mucho más del viaje, sin duda volveré a repetirlo gracias por todo

Ayer volamos sobre Toledo y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Sientes que flotas y formas parte del aire, vas rápido pero no se siente ningún vértigo. Y el equipo, Daniela y el piloto Pepe muy pendientes y muy profesionales. Sin duda los recomendamos.
