This was one of the top events I've ever done. The ride was smooth and quiet and so peaceful. David was a great pilot! I would do this again and again. Segovia is beautiful from the air. The countryside and all the wildlife is breathtaking!

Everything, including landing! Floating.was wonderful. After landing we had a pic nic in the middle of nowhere that I also loved.

Spectular view from the hot ballon! However, there was no toilet break at all until the petrol station heading back to Madrid. We could have enjoyed more if there was a toilet break! As the tour goes straight back after the balloon, we stayed behind in Segovia city center and took public coach by our own

One of the best experiences in my life! The crew was very professional and nice, the view was spectacular and the whole experience was so harmonic and beautiful! Funny to help packing the balloon afterwards, and end up with a salut and some simple tapas! Plus for driving through Segovia on the way back. A total must do experience!

Early mornings are not my thing, but going on a hot air balloon ride made the early morning totally worth it. It was cold, sunny, and beautiful out, and the balloon crew worked efficiently to get set up and load us all into the basket. Segovia is a beautiful, picturesque town and from the air it truly is breathtaking. The balloon ride was so serene, and I didn’t want it to end. After a smooth landing we were served champagne and snacks and diplomas for our accomplishment! Wonderful friendly crew and if you are ever in Madrid make sure you do this tour!

So much fun and a beautiful ride. The operators were wonderful and made everything smooth. They are safe as well. They noticed a cable was tangled and took the time to get to it and untangle it before we took off. Great balloon pilot!

We had booked our Hot Air ballon ride with Aerotours. The team was very kind and professional and helped us in our booking and shared all relevant details. We reached the launch pad location early morning, this was a very special birthday gift for my wife. As the sun painted the sky in hues of pink and gold as our hot-air balloon ascended above Segovia it was sheer magic. From our basket, we marveled at the patchwork of fields, the ancient castle turrets, and the winding river below. Silence enveloped us—the only sounds were the occasional burst of flame from the burner. As we were floating over Segovia, the pilot pointed out landmarks—the aqueduct, the cathedral, and the distant mountains. Time seemed to stretch, and worries melted away. With a gentle bounce, we touched down in an open area, our hearts soaring higher than ever. We were served breakfast and Champaign. team was very friendly and lively. I had always wanted to do a balloon ride, but wanted it somewhere special - and this was certainly the place. Segovia is beautiful from the air with the aqueduct, churches and castle all in view. Great experience - good communication from Aerotours. All the staff were very friendly. Only feedback would be that I thought the description of "brunch" should have been a bit more accurate - it was more a snack of meat and cheese. For the adults this was fine but by that point our kids were ready to eat a bit more and we would have taken some extra snacks for them.

Great experience and took great pictures. Very difficult to get into the high basket and needed help. I signed up for a tour with an English guide, but the entire thing was in spanish and was incomprehensible, so the experience was not as good as I had hoped. I'm sure I missed interesting info on the sites, balloon, safety, etc. Disappointing. Snacks and pictures they took and sent to us were great.. crew was friendly and helpful

Despite cold weather, we had a wonderful experience. The area over and around Segovia was absolutely beautiful. With close-up views of the medieval village, castle, cathedral and monastery. We also saw wildlife frolicking on the plains and in the meadows. The balloon was VERY large and there were 20 passengers in the basket, plus the pilot. We definitely repeat this experience.
