The team was friendly, responsive, efficient and did everything they could to make our flight delightful. Segovia is spectacular from the air.

We originally booked the Madrid tour, but were switched to Toledo due to weather. So glad we did, as the scenery and weather was amazing. Our pilot Ismael and the crew were very nice and extremely competent. This was not our first balloon tour, and it won't be our last! Be sure to bring a jacket or wind breaker as it can get chilly.

Beautiful scenery and a very peaceful experience being up in a balloon. The area around Toledo was stunning and what a unique way to see it and the surrounding countryside. Created some real memories for our little group (2 couples). Ismael, our balloon pilot, was a champ and although we had a bit of a language barrier we all figured it out. It was a lovely experience that I hope to do again one day!

This was a unique experience. However, my expectation was a bit different than what was delivered. First off, they crammed 5 adults into each small corner. I hardly had room for my feet, and one girl had to sit on her husbands lap for landing! I truly expected the ride to go over the beautiful town of Toledo. My mistake. It was in the distance and mostly a country side view. It would have been nice to have had the balloon more ready upon arrival, rather than to wait for the 30 minutes+ set up time and the same at the end. At least for the cost! Maybe if I wasn’t so cold…it would have been more pleasant. I still loved the experience…a first for my son and I, but for the cost-it could be improved.

This was an excellent experience. The weather was perfect (we went in November, slightly chilly, but that offset the sun). The guides were great, sharing information about both the balloon ride and logistics, as well as the areas we flew over. I felt totally safe in the balloon. We got really great aerial views of Toledo and the countryside (with photos and video as part of our package). Even the brunch afterward (charcuterie, cheese and local wine) was great. I'd definitely do this again and recommend it.

We had the best time viewing the city of Toledo from the hot air balloon! Our pilot had 30 years of experience and made us feel safe and comfortable and we had a smooth landing! The entire experience was wonderful with beautiful views and ended with a champagne toast and light tasty snacks followed by an award ceremony where we received our flight diplomas! The balloon ride was extraordinary. Very friendly and pilot staff with a lot of knowledge. We feel safe the whole ride. The reservation process was perfect. I highly recommend this company and will repeat for sure.

We got a late start waiting for the fog to clear but it did and it was worth the wait. The wind however did not take us over Toledo but over the countryside which was actually quite beautiful. The experience of flying in a hot air balloon is a once in a lifetime and it was a great location to experience it. The pilot was very experienced and entertaining - the whole process is quite an adventure as you don't know where you will land, they look for a clear area and the rest of the crew finds you - it was quite an adventure!

Due to weather I was transferred to Segovia. Trip started at 7 am I had hotel pick up at 5 am. Everybody was friendly including our pilot Emmanuel. Trip was safe. It was more fun because there were 10 other balloons up that day. About an hour in the air and group helped pack up the ballon. Very light lunch, champagne toast and diploma included. Everything was perfect and fun. Only observation is that there was much food for lunch — a slice of toast and a slice of ham.

Cogimos mi pareja y yo la experiencia en globo y sinceramente es una vergüenza. Nos lo han cancelado dos veces ya, avisando con menos de 24 horas de antelación. Su única solución es que aplaces el vuelo en globo OTRA VEZ. Conclusión: te gastas dinero en hoteles y no vuelas.

Una inolvidable experiencia poder disfrutar de la antigua capital de España desde el cielo, destacando al piloto Ismael y a todo su equipo por el viaje tan increíble que pudimos disfrutar. TOTALMENTE recomendable para personas de cualquier edad y condición física.

Excelente organizacion con un despegue a tiempo y un vuelo increible encima de Tóledo ! Nos gusto mucho el brindis de cavas al regresar en la tierra !

La experiencia duró 40 min en vez de una hora. En mi opinión no calcularon bien el peso, creo que íbamos más personas que la capacidad de la cesta. Caímos en medio de un trigal y los propios pasajeros tuvieron que ayudar para recoger el globo. Tendrían que meter menos gente, alargar el tiempo de vuelo y explicar algo aunque sea del paisaje. Lo venden como que vas a sobrevolar Toledo y nosotros lo vimos de lejos ya que nos fuimos para el campo, que son campos de cultivo sin más. Las condiciones del tiempo eran buenas, no sé por qué caímos, tampoco dieron muchas explicaciones. Sé de viajes en globo en otros sitios de España y la duración del vuelo eran dos horas, con ocho personas máximo, con explicación durante el vuelo y por el mismo precio.

Equipe excelente, muito atenciosos e pontuais. Especialmente com crianças. Serviço de ótima qualidade.
