Our experience would be horrible if not for Alfredo. Some miscommunication happened, and we ended up waiting an hour at the pickup point. The van eventually came, and we asked for a refund. Alfredo agreed to give us a refund, but ended up convincing us to go in the end. He was very apologetic and sincere though it wasn't his fault, and immediately brightened our spirits on the ride there with jokes, knowledge of the local area and more. We arrived at a beautiful ranch where Alfredo ensured we were taken care of and trained us on using the vehicles. The ATV ride itself was amazing, we went through so many interesting places and Alfredo kept a good pace ahead. We ended the day with the best tequila tasting we've had while at Puerto Vallarta, with the ranch owner present who is also the distiller and creator of the alcohol we tasted. Alfredo took us to a good food spot and almost paid, but we appreciated him so much that we treated him. He is a great man, and felt more like a friend rather than a tour instructor. We were very upset initially, but we are so glad we went because of Alfredo's friendliness, knowledge, sincerity and compassion. Great experience.

Had a great time at this ATV tour, we were the only group in the tour as well! The whole process went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Our guides were Rigo and Alfredo and they were super friendly and very flexible to our needs and wants. We stopped at a restaurant on the way there to get some snack and later stopped by the same restaurant for lunch afterwards and the food was amazing. The ATV ride was super fun there were a lot of cows on the trails but luckily they were not blocking on path. The ride however was very dusty and we got very dirty but they provided a helmet, googles, and a bandana to protect us. Afterwards we were lucky and had to chance to do some tequila tasting as the owner of the ranch just happened to be around. The tequila tasting was amazing as the tequila was made just on his ranch, we had even bought a bottle of the marzipan tequila which tasted unlike anything we tried before. Our guides even shot videos and photos of us free of charge which they sent to my email! That was a plus in my opinion because usually we would have to pay for that stuff! Overall we had an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone needing an ATV tour to book!

Amazing trip through the jungle with all the guys from jaguar xtreme! What a great time we had, wish we had more time for the dinner and tequila!!

My wife and I and our 16 year old had a fantastic time on the quad adventure. We have ridden atvs lots of times and this was still a fun and exciting time. On the day of our original reservation, my wife was sick. After a quick text conversation they let us reschedule for a couple of days later without any problems. Highly recommended

It was a fun ride, even though my vertigo kicked in, the leader let me ride with him, it was a lot of fun for my friends, they really enjoyed this tour!!

My sister and I were the only riders on the day of the tour and we had only one guide. First indication of the type of day it turned out to be was that the face masks had not been washed and reeked of sweat. Throughout the ride, Alfredo was so far ahead we hardly saw his back. One of the ATVs had slightly wonky steering, which can be daunting for a non expert rider. Alfredo barely looked back, so we didn't get the chance to tell him there was a problem till around half way in. We both got scratched up driving through a thorny patch and his response to a request for something from the first aid kit to clean off the blood was that he told us to slow down. Did I mention we hardly caught his back in the distance, let alone any hand signals? He barely looked at or spoke to us throughout the tour. Even asking him basic questions to make conversation got minimal responses. The trail was really a lot of fun and would have been a great experience with a less unfriendly tour guide. I'm legitimately wracking my brain for what could have caused that level of rudeness to strangers since other reviews raved about Alfredo. We had to reschedule our initial tour for a few days later because we got stuck outside town so maybe he resented the change or being stuck with middle aged women riding slowly. I don't know, I'm really reaching here because the behavior made no sense.

Alex and Alfredo were amazing! There was a confusion in our initial reservation and Alex reached out to me and helped us reorganize and plan our tour. Responses from him were quick and helpful! Our tour guide Alfredo was great! We made the tour with smaller kids and he was always making sure our group felt safe. We had lots of fun, would definitely recommend scheduling a tour with Xtreme Jaguar!

This trip was everything I expected and more! Spent about 2 hours trying to find the perfect Adventure in Vallarta and landed on this one. Couldn’t have been more perfect, I scheduled my experience early in the morning so I was all alone which means I was able to send it as fast I wanted. Shoutout to Alejandro my tour guide, nicest guy on the planet and was always there for you when you needed him! Definitely recommend this experience. I Will most definitely be back to run it again!!

The experience was amazing , we went on the outskirts of town and into the mountain terrain . Alfredo , guided us through the woods and made sure we were ok at all times. Before arrival he drove through the traveled path and made sure there were no obstructions on the path. The entire service makes sure that you have a 5 star experience, our pick up spots was perfect, we were able to leave our car in the lot as the shuttle picked us up to the location. At the end of the tour there is a tequila history course i highly recommend this experience.

So much fun. Kind of sketchy at first when it came to the pickup and drop off lol. But the tour was great and we had awesome hosts. We got to go up to the mountains and atv in the jungle with Cows and other animals. We had a free liquor tasting, and they also dropped us off on the beach boardwalk afterwards for no extra charge. (We tipped of course). Great tour experience.

Amazing experience! Alfredo was so funny and helpful the entire time. He picked us up from the specified location, and took us to the property. The ride was so much fun! Very well worth it.

We were a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and had a great time on this ATV tour! Alfredo was our calm and collected leader, always kept an eye on us and was a great instructor. Helmets, goggles, and gaiters were provided which were very helpful since we were there during the dry and thus dustier season. A great excursion to see the countryside and try a new adventure.

Location was off the road a bit and when you arrived it was amazing. Such a great adventure and we all have an amazing time!

This was a lot of fun. The staff are friendly and we’re very helpful. Nice to get out and see the countryside. This is a very nice area. So quiet and peaceful. Our friend tried one of the wild chiles that they use to make salsa. Judging by the facial expressions afterwards, not recommended. Thanks for the fun day.

WOW! What a wonderful experience with driving these ATVS. The two gentleman that assisted and showed us around were the nicest guys. At times it was a bit scary on those bumpy roads, but they slowed and made sure everyone in our group was okay and safe. I’ve road ATVS before but this was truly an experience, and was worth the the money and the 2 hours.

Beautiful view of PV, fun trails, exciting dry river bed excitement. Polaris quads worked well. Pick up and drop off was great.

Very enjoyable experience, well organized. Alex (our guide) picked us up and speaks excellent English. Fun trail to ride, ATVs were in great condition. Overall, an amazing experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Our group of ten friends went on the ATV tour. The staff were very professional and friendly and everything was supplied. It was definitely a rugged through the jungle ride and 2 hours was just about the right length. The view of the Bay from the lookout point was worth it. The pickup transportation was a very new and comfortable van. We would recommend staying after the tour to eat at the restaurant and maybe even try the tequila tasting!
