When I tell you this is XTREME believe me. This activity isn’t for someone who doesn’t like physical and mental activities. You have to be head strong and it takes a lot of upper body strength which isn’t easy when the sun is out. I went about halfway through the obstacle course/zip line and my friend tapped out after the first obstacle. It can be fun but big or small if you aren’t use to physical activity on a daily this probably isn’t the excursion you would want to book.

Extremely hot and humid the day we did this but certainly didn't diminish the fun. Hard work at times but the zip lining makes up for it

Nice adventure. Good support from the instructors. The helmets etc are quite new. I recommend to wear a bit older clothes, since some wires might be a bit rusty. Wear also good shoes.

My wife and I (age 26) did the advanced course (60+ platforms) which took about two and a half hours. Having done many high ropes courses before, we thought this seemed expensive at first. But, having done it, I can honestly say it is worth the money. (We paid 2,200 as opposed to the list price of 2,900 at a stall seller in Patong). You get a transfer to and from the site as part of the price. Once there we were shown a comprehensive safety briefing and taken to the course. The full course is demanding as there are a few tough climbing sections (a net, a rock climb 🧗‍♀️high up a tree). But I really enjoyed the challenge - many of these types of high ropes course are too easy. Towards the end there are some very tough crossings which I managed to do... just! My wife didn’t quite complete these last ones. Overall an excellent half day trip at a cheaper price than Flying Hanuman. Do note that you will need to be moderately fit and strong to do the advanced course; it is an enjoyable but genuine challenge. Sections of the course are pretty high if you don’t like heights!!

This course will definitely test your strength and fear of heights! We had a blast but not for anyone who is afraid of heights!!

It was very enjoyable and attractive. Some of the steps were hard and breathtaking. The interesting thing was possible to shoot Go-pro if you paid 500 BHT, You will also be given a 16GB micro-SD for free.I used 40 platforms.

I have done a few of the zip lining courses in Phuket this is the first time I have done Jungle Xtreme. This is very challenging but it is more a high rope course with some zip lines as well. I'd personally prefer to just do the zip lining but each to their own. The staff are friendly but you are largely left to get around by yourself, with them assuming you have followed all the safety information in the briefing video when you arrived. Unlike other courses in Phuket where there is staff at every platform guiding you all the way.

I live here on the island and have been to several zipline adventures, this is not like the rest. This is a challenge to yourself. Whenever I have company I always try to get them here, something you need to do at least once in your lifetime. You have the early climbs and challenges going up the hill and ziplines coming down. I even had a friend that I found out when we got started, he is very scared of heights, he LOVED it, and wants to try it again. It is a challenge but you dont have to be Tarzan to complete it. I'm 65 and I love the challenge, I've gotten better everytime. Highly recomend it at any age.

Great activity. Had trouble with agent we booked with. Jungle Extremes were super accomodating as it could have turned bad. They took a punt and allowed us to participate even though they had not yet received money from Kanjana Tour based in Karon Beach that we had booked with two days earlier. We did intermediate level and it was hard work (middle aged🥵) in the Phuket heat and humidity but plenty of bottled water and opportunities for rest. Good training and assistance from experts. I hope Kanjana honours the payment.

We had some issues with the agent that booked this attraction but Junglextreme couldn't have been better. They were clear and fast with their communication and helped us get to a good resolution. We had 3 adults and 6 kids from 7-13 and the ropes and obstacles were pretty tough and there were a few tears, but they were vigilant about safety and helped us all get through and the sense of accomplishment at the end for everyone was well worth it. You need proper shoes but tourists in flip flops/jandals must be a common occurrence as they had plenty of shoes if you needed them. They give a full safety briefing, play a safety video and make everyone practice on a little course before you can start and guides are there to help you on every platform. It's definitely not for the faint-hearted - it's a pretty long and tough course (we did the 40 platforms/ 16 ziplines) and requires a fair bit of energy to make it through. Right from the drop off you go up a steep driveway and then to get to the first platform you climb about 100 steps. The first part is more ropes and balancing than zips but the last part is almost all zips which are super fun. If you wanted to skip the ropes and obstacles you probably could because there is a pathway going up under you most of the way. It's super humid but not as hot as being in the direct sun but mosquito repellent is definitely a good idea and you definitely get sweaty. They give you water along the way and take photos without you even noticing and have them for you to buy in cute frames at the end - I normally don't buy the contrived photos from tourist attractions but these captured the real action and were a great way to remember the challenge and take home that sense of achievement. Based on the pictures this is probably more adventure and less family than some of the other Phuket ziplines but this team were great - you should give them a go.

I went there with 3 small kids, from 3yo to 7yo. most of the challenges are a bit too tough for them. nonetheless, it is still a great place. i would love to try out the intermediate level or advanced level. hopefully i will get the chance to do so next time.

I am definitely not a person who likes exercise or going to the gym, but I am the type of person who loves a challenge. This was one of the best days I experienced in Phuket. It was hard and hot, but such an awesome experience and the views are fantastic. I had never done it before and can't wait to do it again, even after our holiday I did one local to me...that's how much I loved the experience...the guides were friendly and great and equipment safe. Coming back for sure!

We took our 3 (not particularly sporty) girls, 9, 11 and 13 to do this activity and we are so glad we did. The security briefing was so comprehensive I was confident that safety was paramount. Note: this is not an activity for the mobility impaired. The walk up to the starting point is very steep and gets up a sweat and that's before you even start. Another adult couple were ahead of us and got to the 3rd obstacle (a long tight rope that scared the hell out of me) and they quickly decided it was not for them and turned around. But I'm telling you people, don't underestimate yourselves or your children! If you are brave, your kids will be to and they will gain so much out of conquering something they never though they could/would do. After that first tight rope there were only a few obstacles that tested us as much, but we loved the whole thing. Such a rush. For the record the couple who pulled out were given the option to rejoin later for the mainly zipline part of the course. PS, the only complaint we had was that the back of the transport ute that picked us up was very fumey. The ride home was fine as it was a mini van.

I was scared before the climb and exhilarated after the climb. I did the medium course (40 platforms). Not what I expected, I thought it would be mostly zip lines but it’s an obstacle course.... rope walks, swing bridges, bridges made of netting etc and then zip lines to finish... but for someone of (50yrs and) average fitness it was an amazing experience and so glad I did it.

At the age of 51 , i decided to take this challenge and did this succseesfully without any hiccups . There were many platforms of Zip lines , single rope climbing , double rope climbing , burma bridge , tree climbing and so on . They have three different levels and i selected the medium one which took almost tow hours. They provide hand gloves and all the safety elements along with a cam fixed on the safety helmet. The coach ( Roger ) briefed about all the safety elements , procedures and then you are at your own. Its absolutely safe , breath taking views and fresh air atop. It can be breath less at few points if we don't use the proper technique on ropes. But overall by far the best adventure experience so far. I recommend to wear proper clothing , half cargo , sleeve less T shirt ( carry one in spare in one of the cargo pockets ) sport shoes .And highly recommend to have an arm band to keep your mobile intact . this will ensure to capture the pics from the top which otherwise you will miss.

I view the website and it look very fun and entertaining. When we arrive, no one greet us and we have to do tiring uphill walk and still no one accompany us. We sit at the reception and we felt very confuse after receiving such a unwelcome face from the staff there. We being train by the trainer at the base of the park. Then escort by bad-mood staff.. He play the music on his phone and giving instruction just like we are school children. No cheerful expression and feeling like to end the adventure just before the first platform. We does not enjoy the activiti3s and we feel very unfair when a group of western guest get a very warm and cheerful escort. How does it feel when you being forces to finish all the 40 platform as soon as possible. Our escort staff keep looking at us with unpleasant expression until the end of 40 checkpoint. I was climbing the tall tree when he push the safety rope very fast and make me feel very hard to move. On each platform, we couldn't feel the excitement and as we mention earlier, Asian guest like us didn't treat very well. How does it feel when you have been left at the final platform and being ask to return to reception without any guide. "Okey, finish." The final words marks my mind, this experience is the final with this Jungle Xtreme. Threat people like you want to be treat. Paying for something expensive but feeling rubbish. There should improve their interpersonal skills and attach with the guest. Maybe it was fun for the westener when most of westener get so much attention but sometimes the adventure operator should be remember, Asian guest like us also deserve the same. Not recommended although the equiment very good. Too much on ground walking and lack of absorber at the end of each zipline.

Set in the jungle, on quite a steep hill, this is a cool tree climb adventure park. I have done 4 or 5 of these around the world and this one is fine by any standards. Perhaps a bit too many ziplines, more climbing and obstacles is really what we are looking for! :) We took the average course, 40 platforms. Even with 20% discount (for not needing pickup) it's way too expensive. Even for Phuket. We did this as a family of four, 2 kids 12 and 14. No problem at all to do the course, though fairly challenging at times (specially the awesome tree climb up to 35 meters!!). Plenty of staff, friendly, safety first, no problem. Poor English of course, but this is Thailand...

Great adventure. Very helpful and patient guides as my daughter and I were quite nervous and we wouldnt have made it through without the encouragment and assistance. So glad we did this - the ziplines were amazing.
