Jessica gives such a refreshing tour of life in Seoul. She is vibrant, fun, upbeat and gives so much relevant information I feel I really learned some important aspects of Korean culture I never could have picked up as a tourist traveling through for a short time. Having lived and studied in the U.S. her English is perfect and she answers all questions honestly. Loved this tour as much as her moonlight tour! The tour was interesting and I enjoyed learning about the darker side of society from an insider’s perspective. June was able to convey the message in a way which foreigners like us could understand - I especially liked the anecdotes and statistics and figures that he shared with us. This was a really interesting tour around the Gangnam area. Our guide explained different aspects of Korean culture: how the past has shaped present day Korea and it's people. Both for the greater good and not so good. Our guide was very friendly and shared their knowledge in a great manner whilst also allowing guests to ask questions as we went along the tour. Overall, a well paced tour and great value for money. See Seoul from a different perspective during your time in S.Korea.

Our guide, Jun, was excellent! He provided interesting and informative information about Korean culture. We enjoyed getting a local perspective on the everyday lives of Koreans today. I highly recommend this tour for people who want something a little different.

This tour was a good discussion of some of the difficulties Koreans face in modern society. Jessica was well spoken and insightful and had many startling statistics and examples of the challenges and causes. This is information you will not glean from typical tourist activities.

My wife of 43 years is Korean, but she left Korea to study in the United States when she was 18, so she was not familiar with the "new and modern" Korea. We both found this tour fascinating. I've been asking her why Korea has one of the highest suicide rates in the world, and she didn't know until this tour. The korean people and culture are phenomenal, but so is their stress. The facts given and the history in this tour (June is a Korean history major) helped us understand the causes and level of stress. It was well organized and well presented. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
