Rafa is the best guide! Very knowledgable about his town, quite funny and very friendly. This tour gave a great overview of the town and about where to explore further. Riding e-bike is like always going down-hill regardless. Highly recommended ,

Rafael was an amazing tour guide. The bikes were top of the line Scott e-bikes. Highly recommend this as the 1st thing to do when you get to town as it’s a fantastic overview of the city. Incredible value for the money!

Antonio seemed more concerned with completing the tour than making sure we were all safe and happy. I had to stop my bike and the others went on ahead. I waited for 5 minutes but he did not come back, so I carried on to what I thought would be our next stop. I assumed he would phone me if I was wrong and tell me where to go. That did eventually happen but he was very rude to me, and said I had wasted 20 minutes of his time. My wife said he seemed more concerned about what might happen to the bike. The company should have a procedure for circumstances like this and inform bikers at the start. If you go on this tour make sure you are not the ;person at the back!

Part thrilling, part chilling, this is possibly the best way to experience Lisbon in a few hours. Diogo, our local guide, was generous with his time, advice and knowledge. We found the theory of handling the e-bikes challenging at first but Diogo’s patience and reassurance turned the tour into an enjoyable, fun activity. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

Raphael and Antonio were awesome guides! We started with thorough instructions on safety and how the bikes worked and then took off exploring this beautiful city!! Even though we got unforcasted rain the guides positive energy were all we needed to keep us going and make it a really fun experience. There was even a little surprise treat at the end! Highly recommend this tour!!

Would highly recommend this e-bike tour, thoroughly enjoyable. We were taken to some wonderful viewpoints and Pedro shared some interesting facts along the way. We particularly liked being guided around some of the streets we would not have seen otherwise, both the old and newer parts of the city. A great way to see a lot in a short space of time. I had never been on an e-bike but found them easy to use after only a short space of time. They were in good condition. And thank you to Pedro, you were a fantastic guide.

Great experience, the guides were very dedicated and nice guys that took care of the whole atmosphere and for everybody to be safe and happy. Totally recommend them if you want to see the best of Lisbon in a short time

Pedro was our guide - he did a great job of explaining the bikes and keeping us safe. This was a great way to see a lot of the city and its history in a short space of time. Loved it.

Our guide was Rafa, who did a really great job. We felt safe, he gave clear instructions at the beginning of and throughout the tour. It was raining but not the whole time and the roads were very slippery. The bikes were ok, they were Btwin bikes, very fast at times, so the breaks were essential. The tour is about 17 km long. Rafa knew a lot about the history of Lisbon and gave us many recommendations about what's worth visiting and where to eat. We got a bottle of water and we could borrow a rain poncho if needed. I highly recommend taking the tour at the beginning of your stay in Lisbon so you get the feel of the city and you can later explore it on your own.

Antony was amazing! Such a passion for his history and so well organised! Regular stops gave us an opportunity to take photos and ask questions. Bikes were brilliant despite not having been on a bike for a while , the electric bikes took up and down hills without a problem.

Basically rode the perimeter of city center, including many hilltop overlooking Lisbon. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. It’s the first thing we did once we got to Lisbon, which helped us be familiar with the city and know how to best utilize our time on subsequent days. The e-bike are comfortable and high quality. The ride was medium difficulty, probably not for beginners. Well worth the money! -Tom

Brand new very expensive bikes were very easy to operate. Best way to see the entire city. The tour guide João made it informative, interesting and he brought history to life with his stories and tales.

E-bikes were brand new, really easy to learn how to use. The guide, Joao, was 28 and spoke English perfectly and loudly for our group of 7. Our niece age 20 had no difficulty. I did, at age 61, but mostly because I did not allow enough room between me and the biker ahead of me. Follow the directions and you’ll be fine. It’s definitely a challenge but very rewarding and worth every minute! Joao was so funny and helpful and informative and very smart. It was an educational tour you can’t find anywhere else.
