We really enjoyed the trip. We didn't get to see whales on this occasion but we saw lots of dolphins. The crew was very attentive making sure that everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The time allocated on Los Lobos (2 ½ hours) could be a bit longer but we managed to spend some time on the beach and visit the small village. The picnic provided (included in the price) is adequate with sandwiches, cold soup, yogurt and drinks. On the way back they are speeding up and it can get a bit cold so a light jacket is recommended. Overall a positive experience and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Lanzarote.

Great day, didn't see any dolphins but enjoyed the boat ride and spending time on Lobos. My two kids fell asleep on the way back and the crew brought them blankets to cover up and make a pillow :) We booked through our tour operator, so were unaware there was a packed lunch and drink included - wouldn't have brought our own if we'd known!

Amazing experience! The crew was very funny and cool. Saw 5 sperm whales on our way to lobos island!!

We were picked up in playa blanca on the coach at 08.30 and were sailing by 10.00. We were on the english/French language boat and the guide was excellent as well as the crew. We saw dolphins on the way which was great and the island of Los lobos was great. My family all enjoyed the day out.

First the sign in process. This should be done on the bus while driving to the port. As it is we all stand in a long line up in the heat. It took a very long time, that the pep became frustrated and insisted the last people run to the boat following him as he was smoking a cigarette.

Amazing day out even if we didnt see dolphins (we understand nature so disappointed but thats fine).

It was a great trip to the island, the staff were great and engaged with all. The island itself was incredible, clear blue water and beautiful. We managed to see the dolphins as well which topped it all off!

After been told boarding would be at 9.50am.crew didn’t arrive until 10.20am.The guide had no interaction with the passengers going out or coming back. This is the first trip of this kind that we didn’t see any dolphins. If you have an alternative take it and avoid this excursion not worth the money.

Had a dolphin cruise from puerta del carmen harbour to the island of Los Lobos. 1 and half hour cruise in search of dolphins (which we saw) to the island and then 2 and half hours on beach to explore /sunbathe. Such a beautiful place and the weather was exceptional. Food and a drink included for £60 pp and worth every penny imo . Thank you Lanzarote sea Tours.

Even though lobos was a nice place the trip was not worth the €60 , it was a boat ride to a beach. The lunch and drinks included was a cheese and ham dry boccadillo some cold soup and water and a beer. We got about 3 hours free time on lobos even though the host pointed out it would take 4 hours minimum to visit the lighthouse on the island and the trip is advertised as a full day! We didn't have enough time to explore the island so just stayed in the beach. On the return to the boat I was rushed on and told to use the boats toilet which I did not want to do. Unfortunately there were no dolphins that day . There are plenty of other boat and land excursions available at less euros .Unfortunately I fail to see what it was we paid so much for ?!

From getting dropped off at the island and getting told there was a toilet and a restaurant we got there to both been shut. The only toilet on the island was out of order and locked. The restaurant was closed. The food and drink they supplied well a dog would turn there nose up at it. Then when we got back to the harbour with 3 children busting for the toilet we was turned away and then when I tried to complain the man that took us started shouting and screaming at me. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but had to to leave a review. We tried to get our money bk to be told we had to speak to who we booked it with but that was another lie if you want to get your money back you have to get it there at the harbour where you paid the final balance. The place is nothing like the photos. Over 200 euro and a day of our holiday wasted. Definitely do not recommend. They had 2 young boys driving who had no idea what they was doing. Absolutely horrible experience

Pickup and return from the hotel (beatriz costa and spa) was well managed and on time. Transfer on the boat as well. Crew was looking for wildlife both on the way to and from Lobos, but unfortunatelly we saw no dolphins. Ofcourse they can't guarantee wildlife, so it's okay. Drop off on the island was relatively smooth and the island itself was really pretty! Where Lanzarote and Fuertaventura are mostly Lava rock islands, here there is an intertidal zone on the eastside of the island with very different vegetation. Wish i could spend a little more time on the island to explore it tough. We got a packed lunch which was very sweet, although the 2 sandwhiches were with ham and i am a vegetarian. I didnt told them beforehand, so that's not a complaint. I gave them away to 2 kind germans i met on Lobos :)

Unfortunately I can only give this company a very poor rating as we never got picked up !!! We booked via an excursion kiosk in Puerto Calero and paid our deposit etc and ,the guy made a call to book us on the trip………we got all the relevant paperwork … so everything seemed fine ……however after waiting an hour for transport and no one turning up we then went back to the marina in Puerto Calero to explain to the lovely guy who had booked the trip for us …..He made a call to the company who had never booked us on in the first place………so please please be aware of this ….I suggest booking direct with the company ………nothing against the chap in the marina though its what does/ doesn’t happen in between that’s the problem !!! The only it got 1 star is I had no option to give 0 !!!!

A great couple trip to the lobos island. This included a detailed tour on the boat, a well packed lunch including sandwiches, baguettes, soup, yogurt, water and beer (per person) we was lucky enough to see a whale on the way back from our trip!

Incredible trip, we saw two large pods of dolphins and the crew were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The boat is comfortable and it was good to be ablle to move around and stand at the front and back as well as sit down. Fantastic picnic lunch provided with all packaging recyclable, the gazpacho was particularly good! We have been visiting Lanzarote for nearly 40 years but this was our 1st trip to Lobos and it was worth the wait! Highly recommend this trip and excellent value for money.

We would rate it Excellent were it not for the dreadful "music" that bombarded us all the way to and from the Isla, as well as on the bus to and from the port. Does anyone apart from the guide and staff really enjoy such noise? It is anything but pleasant and it is damaging to the wildlife too. If you insist on having music, then choose something that invokes nature, not disco music. We were lucky enough to see dolphins on the way to and from the island - lucky also because the music is turned off when dolphins are spotted! The island is beautiful. It would be nice to have more time to explore it. It is a small island but either you are a professional runner and sprint around it, or you do not care to look around and are there just for the instagram moment, you will probably see and enjoy properly 1/3 of the island. Take earplugs - and warm clothes as advised. The picnic should include a vegetarian option. We threw everything away except the bottles of water and 1 yogurt. Gaspacho is very nice but not from a package.

I would give a zero star if possible. Despite being at the prearranged pick up point on time, the bus driver of an unmarked bus (amongst many) did not identify himself and so drove off without us. Disappointed that we could not make the trip, the communication with the staff was poor, and I don’t believe much will change. Imagine my surprise when I received an email thanking us for being their guests and they hoped we enjoyed the trip!!

Sorry no photos to show but I’m sure some of the other on board will share. Had a lovely day out in Isla Los Lobos with some snorkelling done. The tide was low so not ideal but still nice. Obviously the highlight was the sighting of the beaked whale and cub. It was the tour operator classifying the species so I’m just reporting. They mentioned it was the first sighting so close to the boat in 4 years and it was from the good energy on board....I’ll take it. The operator also supplied a nice picnic bag for lunch. Coming in and out of the boat in the island is a bit sketchy so be mindful of imparted mobility. Overall a 5/5 from me on the day.

Very good activity to do if you have time. The Lobos island is walkable and this is exactly what I did for most of my time on it:) the picnic lunch provided was nice the staff were professionals. Raquel speaks all the languages and I think everyone felt safe and welcomed !

Good trip. Pick up and drop off good. People on the boat were very friendly. Couple of hours on the island was about right - time to sit on the beach and eat the provided picnic (which was very generous) and a slow paced walk around. Or you could do an energetic looking walk up a big hill. Luckily we had glimpses of dolphins on the way back which was obviously fabulous; wildlife is not guaranteed and should never be expected, but should be seen as a bonus.
