From the time we were picked up by Sophie to the time we were dropped off it was the best time we have had in Alaska. Mike's knowledge of the lake ( and celebrities - inside joke) was awesome. I would recommend this to everyone who visits Juneau. Thanks to Sophie and Mike for being great guides. I hope the rest of the trip is as much fun as we had with you.

Very good Tour with Molly and Justin on a canoe to the Mendenhall glacier. They give good instructions about the handling of a boat and make good explanations what you see. There is no way to come closer to the glacier by land than on this tour!

The absolute best way to see the glacier. Sophie and Jordan were the greatest guides. Their knowledge of the area and personalities only made this beautiful adventure better. Skip the other tours and go with them to see the glacier up close!

Our tour on mendenhall glacier lake was beautiful. Our tour guide Shayla did an awesome job guiding us through the lake to the glacier. She was very knowledgeable, giving us cool facts about the area while also being on the lookout for any cute animals. Her instructions on canoeing and our overall safety to not tip the boat made me feel comfortable and ready to start rowing. This was honestly an amazing experience and worth the money.

Riley and Sophie were amazing amazing tour guides! They were knowledgeable, organized, and extremely patient! Their humor kept us laughing and they cultivated the perfect experience of a lifetime. The destination was incredible but it was Riley and Sophie who made the journey unforgettable. Excellent tour guides!

The views were phenomenal! Our tour guide Molly was so amazing! She made us feel super safe, talked us through everything and kept us laughing the whole time!! 11/10 recommend this tour and any of the tour guides (all though we obviously are bias to Molly). Would definitely do it again!

We had a great experience with this tour lead by Dawson and Riley ! Don’t get me wrong. This was a work out, but so worth the amazing views ! Between Dawson’s dad jokes and Riley’s information about the lake , wild life and the glacier, it kept our minds off how much are arms were hurting !😀 Highly recommend!

Mike and Dawson were excellent guides! We loved every second of the trip. They were professional and very patient. This is by far the best way to see the glacier up close without spending an arm and a leg for a helicopter tour. Would highly recommend it to anyone who asks me!

The took the canoe tour out to the Mendenhall Glacier and it was fantastic! Mike and Dawson were excellent guides with a great sense of humor and interesting info about the surrounding area and glacier! We were able to get very close to the glacier to see how much it has retreated and how awesome the glacier looks! We highly recommend this adventure to anyone who’d like to get up close and have fun as well!

Mike and Dawson were fantastic. Smart. Informative. Funny. And they worked so well together and with the group. The tour was absolutely amazing. We were within 200 yards of the Glacier and waterfall. Brilliant view and crew. I highly recommend this tour with this company!

Justin, Sophie, & Riley were absolutely amazing!! Can’t say enough about them. Justin is a very talented guide, a fountain of knowledge, they all made us feel very safe and had the confidence that put us at ease with taking this tour. My husband doesn’t swim and he said he’d go again in a heartbeat!

We had an awesome tour today with Ryley and Dawson. We arrived a bit early and Ryley got us all geared up and welcomed us to the tour. We could not have asked for a more memorable experience. Ryley and Dawson made us laugh, taught us a thing or two about canoeing and the beautiful surroundings, and made us all feel like a group of friends!! Thank you Ryley! Thank you Dawson! The trip was amazing and we did our trip in Aug 2022 so this review is long overdue. Our tour was nearly a year ago with Lena and Paul. They were amazing with all the stories and helping taking pics during the hike! They also had recommendations for us for hikes in the area! Totally recommend this tour and definitely ask to hear about Romeo the wolf’s story!

Winter is coming… looking at snow brings a memories about the time I went glacier tour with my family:) It was kinda hectic.. cuz my group of people wasn’t helpful with canoeing lol but it was super fun!! our guide was Boot and he was telling us bunch of fun stories and made our tour really fun:) we kinda raced with other tour group..it was hilarious at the end we had some hot chocolate… oh my god after hard work… that was the best hot coco I ever had Thanks boot!! 카누타면서 글레이셔 보고싶으신분들 추천드려용!! 가이드도 엄청 착하고 ㅇ..아재개그 섞인 농담을 많이해서 그렇지 엄청 재미있는 투어였어용:) 카누를 직접 저어야해서 몸이 좀 불편하신분들은 조금 힘드실지도.. 같이타는분들이 다들 열심히 카누타시면 괜찮은대.. 아니면 좀 고생하실가능성이 높은듯 젊으신분들이나 카누좀 타시는분들!! 추천드려용️️개존잼!!!

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had in Alaska! Our guide Bryce was knowledgable, funny, outgoing, and really cared about our comfort and safety. He picked us up from the cruise ship dock and during our ride to the lake he narrated all the fun and interesting facts about Juneau, including pointing out all the bald eagles he saw on the way. When we arrived at the lake, he geared us up with waterproof jackets, gloves, pants, and boots, along with a bag of snacks and a water bottle. Then, bag and paddle in hand, we walked to the shore for a safety briefing (following which, I felt I could trust Bryce with my life). We then paddled to sites on the lake, including the waterfall and, of course, the glacier. On the way we saw bald eagles, a Harbor Seal, and even got to hold a chunk of glacier ice that was floating in the lake (that Bryce fished out for us). Bryce told us interesting facts (and jokes) the entire way. This was truly the BEST way to see Mendenhall Glacier, because the poor thing has retreated so far that you can only see the smallest sliver of it from the visitor's center or the waterfall. After we went back to home base Bryce made us all hot cider and cocoa, and then drove us back to downtown Juneau. A note about the paddling: look, I am a sedentary creature. We joke that I was probably a barnacle in my past life. So I was worried about my arms falling off from all the rowing but it wasn't bad at all! We rowed for maybe 5 min at a time and then would take a break to rest our arms and to take pics.

This excursion was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who is able to go. Alec & Boots were fantastic guides, each had their area of expertise and we learned so much about the glacier as well as the plants and wildlife in the area. Great guys, hard workers and very patient. Overall, a 5-star experience

This was our favorite tour from our entire trip to Alaska, Our group of four had the most amazing day together. Bryce was our guide and helped us have the BEST experience. He kept us safe and traveling in the right direction and taught us so much! Iceburgs, the waterfall, the glacier and a seal were the highlights of the most amazing day. We had perfect weather and the perfect guide.

This tour is truly worth while. Seeing something so beautiful is one thing but when you have knowledgeable tour guides like we did in Boots & Ben, it just made the tour a truly amazing experience.

Being able to be up close to the Mendenhall Glacier was an amazing experience. Our guides Boots & Ben we simply the best @ what they do. They were both knowledgeable & willing to answer any questions that were asked of them. I was lucky to have experience this with many family members, some who were older & both Boots & Ben made it a comfortable experience for them. Can u tell, we truly loved it!!!
