The whole experience was phenomenal and professionally run from start to finish. The pickup and drop offs from our accommodation were simple. Both flights were great and our pilot, Andrew, was a great guide throughout both trips. He pointed out various mountain ranges, valleys, and key points of interests on both flights and was very knowledgeable of the area. He also took a different route back to Queenstown which allowed us to get twice the amount of scenic views.

This was a spectacular experience. It will forever be etched in my memory. Super special ❤️. The scenic flight was amazing and Andrew (pilot) provided indepth commentary throughout. Onto the boat trip, lost for words, just simply breathtakingly beautiful. The captain of the boat had quite the sense of humour and also provided great commentary. I highly recommend booking with True South Flights, they are friendly, helpful and professional. Don't think twice! Do yourself a favour and book! You will not regret it.

Absolutely wonderful! Our pilot Andrew was great and pointed out some very beautiful photos ops why flying to Milford Sound and even took us to see some extra hidden gems. Great company and highly recommend!

The entire package was great! Everything is well-organized and the staff are helpful. The plane ride was very smooth and the views just breathtaking. The cruise was not crowded and there were lots of great views to take in. The staff also went above and beyond by finding a sketchbook that my daughter accidentally left behind and arranged to mail it back to us!!

Andrew the Pilot was very professional and awesome. Milford Sound was a great experience. Flying to Milford Sound saves a lot of time and provides excellent views of the New Zealand landscape.

10/10. Spectacular scenery both by air and water. The flight over the snow caps was just amazing and then you had majestic Milford Sound as well. And the pilot, Dion was fantastic! I would do this over and over again!

100% recommend this experience of Milford Sound. True South, and the safe hands of Bus Driver Matt and Pilot Andrew. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and overall professional. The communication before, during and after the day was excellent. We were very fortunate with the weather, albeit super cold, it was clear and beautiful. The flight over the mountains was just as exciting as the cruise. We took snacks & water as recommended. I was hesitant to book the fly- cruise-fly because of the price, however I have absolutely no regrets. Book now!

His was the absolute highlight of our New Zealand adventure. Our pilot Kevin was amazing. The views are incredible. What a spectacular place. The boat ride was fun and the captain was very playful and funny. The pies on the boat were surprisingly delicious. We did the 9:30 am tour which I highly recommend because when we returned the ferry terminal was very crowded. Highly recommend.

The flight to Milford has some breathtaking views. Also our pilot Andrew explained things in detail throughout the flight. Anyone who is visiting queenstown shouldn’t miss out on this excursion. Highly recommend True south.

From the on-time pick up at our hotel through the check in, flight, cruise, return flight and finally to the drop off, the entire experience was courteously and efficiently managed. Andrew was an excellent pilot and guide and his commentary added significantly to our enjoyment of the experience. The cruise was thoroughly enjoyable too - stunning scenery and saw seals and dolphins - and we were very glad to get back into our plane for the 50 minute flight back rather than face a 4.5 hour road trip. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! So professional, and it’s the biggest small plane that flies into Milford sound so in my opinion it’s the safest company to go to! All the staff were lovely but in particular Beth and Henry went above and beyond for my mum and I :)

The team at True South Flights were fantastic. Easy check in process and nice waiting area, plus free parking for the tour! Our pilot was Henry, who had a great attitude and excitement about to flight across to Milford sounds. This was simply one of the most breathtaking things I’ve ever done. Along with Henry’s commentary it made for a great trip. The cruise was beautiful as well. Overall I highly recommend this tour if you can. It saves you a lot of time and it’s a fun way to get to Milford sounds. Mountain surfing all the way. Don’t miss this experience!

The tour was well organized and right on time. Pilots were knowledgeable and very friendly. The boat portion had a great crew and we felt as though the service was superb overall. I can’t even begin to explain the views in words… you must see yourself! The only thing I would have liked improved was the audio on the plane. It was a little hard to understand everything the pilot was pointing out. If the company had a guide pointing out the highlights- like glaciers and rivers,etc:, that one could download and review after the flight- that would be great! We definitely were so glad we flew instead of taking that incredibly long bus ride to Milford Sound and back to Queenstown. It also such a small group that we met some amazing people! I have to say… go on this trip!
