Amazing tour with Maureen, best tour guide, very patient and super kind. All the points in this tour are amazing specially cave of the winds

The views and the Falls were beautiful, however the tour seemed unorganized and didn’t allow for much time to explore. Maureen was our driver, while she was a nice person, it did not seem like there was a flow to the tour. We were on and off the bus within the same parking lots only to be given about 15 minutes to go explore and be back on the bus. Tickets at each stop should be printed ahead of time, as we felt like we were kids waiting for our parent to buy our tickets. The stop at the bakery was unnecessary as each stop had snack shops if you wanted it! We also went well over the time listed on the website. In hindsight we felt that it would have been better to explore and do all this on our own!

We came to Niagara Falls on a Saturday in May and it was well worth the drive. We planned our whole trip to see Niagara and decided to do a road trip from our first stop, Baltimore. Our tour guide was Sunny Tee. He said it was his first solo tour but he did an amazing job! Super knowledgeable, accommodating and funny. He wants to get to know his groups and makes sure you have a happy day. I highly recommend this tour because you get to see pretty much everything there is to see on the American side and the maid of the mist boat ride is an absolute must. Prepare for a long day and to get wet but know you won’t get soaking if you don’t want to.

Sunny Tee was a very knowledgeable guide and has a great attitude and personality. We were able to move efficiently to all the important sights. Admission fees all paid and we got the full experience

We had Kevin as our tour guide and he was AMAZING. He accommodated elderly & young children. He was very informative! This was a great tour because it showed us everything we could have wanted to see in one day. Kevin even had a camera and offered to take photos of us which was great since it was just my husband and I in our party.

Absolutely an amazing tour!! Our tour guide, Maureen with Gray Line tours was very knowledgeable of all areas and answered all questions! She is very prompt, punctual, made reservations for our group and it was just perfect! She walked with us, and was waiting for us after every excursion!! She was EXTREMELY organized! I wish I could give 10 stars! Wear comfy shoes because you will want to see the beauty of the falls!! You will get wet!! Worth every dollar!! Thank you MAUREEN!

We had a great experience with Mr. Kevin Krew. He was patient and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour, if you are not familiar with the area or the tour is best to use a tourist and Mr. Krew did a great job. He cares for all of us in the bus

Kevin Krew, He was an excellent tour guide, he taught us many things besides taking photos, he also taught us from the smallest to the most history possible, I loved the tour with 100% recommended. unique experience, it is worth mentioning that he loves children. Thanks Kevin Krew.

Wow! What a fabulous day! April was so friendly and informative. She even gave us some ideas for our last day on the US side of the Falls. She made our tour comfortable and enjoyable leaving us to enjoy each stop on the tour, but meeting us at the designated time and keeping us on schedule. She made it fun! Lyn P

I highly recommend doing this tour. They’ll take you to all the great places in Niagara Falls all you have to do is enjoy this awesome experience. Kevin was our guide and he did an exceptional work he really made the experience very easy. He was very kind and thoughtful with our group because we had children and elderly. It was worth every penny.

Our tour guide, April, is amazing and we got to see the falls from so many incredible vantage points! I loved all the things we did and will never forget this experience! Nothing like it! So glad we did it! Worth it! Just wear good walking shoes & your body has to be okay with going up and down stairs. The tour is also accessible for certain wheelchairs. I also recommend bringing snacks and water with you. :)

The tour is a really fun experience, lots of picturesque views and photo opportunities. If you’re lucky enough to get April is your guide. She will keep you informed, entertained and on schedule.
