Maid of the Mist was great Not what we booked for! Got bumped from our small group tour at last minute with some lame excuse about the government Be careful. Waiting to see if we get a partial refund.

Our tour guide, Angela, was outstanding. The tour was a lot of fun and we learned much about Niagara Falls, the area, and its history. Great tour!

This was a great tour. Our guide, Cheri, was extremely knowledgable and personable. She not only gave us the most amazing views of the Falls but went out of her way to make recommendations for other things to see during our stay. The history of Niagara runs deep and we would have never knew any of it if we did our own sight seeing. Highly recommend!

It was raining and some snowfall but it was a lovely and beautiful experience! Angela, our tour guide, was so amazing and insightful. 10/10 would recommend and do again!

Our tourist was Kelly. She was very knowledgeable and you can tell she's done a ton of research on the area. Anytime you had a question she was able to answer it. The sights we got to see were breathtaking and beautiful. I would recommend going during winter season because you can get more of a private tour.

Family Christmas trip Keith_S, Jan 2024 This was a Christmas gift for our kids and grandkids. Lenny, our tour guide was great. he did an excellent job with our young grandkids. He was very knowledgeable and so patient with 2-8 year old kids I cant say enough good things about over the falls tours and our guide for the day. Our tour guide Cherie was cheerful, funny, and Knowledgeable. We enjoyed the inclusivity of the tour and loved the information we gained. Felt like a very well-read local showing you around to the best spots! We loved the little cafe we got to stop at as well and the stories our guide told during the time it took to get to each location. Would love to see Cherie again in the summer for another tour!

Our tour guide Ricki was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour coordinator David was also very helpful and made the experience very welcoming. I would definitely suggest this tour as one of the first stops in visiting Niagara to help get your bearings.

Better do the tour with a guide and have an understanding of what you see + historical information than just seeing the Niagara falls. Very nice tour guided by Cherie.

Angela was pleasant, informative, and well educated.She was a goldmine of information, was happy to truthfully recommend venues in the surrounding areas that she thought we would find interesting and value for money. She kept the group entertained and interested in everything going out of her way to ensure that we’ve had the best possible experience.

We had a really wonderful guide in Angela. She is full of knowledge and answered any question we asked her. The only thing that would have made it better is if either the sun had been out, or if it had been “snowy” because of the most from the falls.

Had a WONDERFUL time. Neither of us had ever been to see Niagara Falls, so I booked this tour in hopes that we would be able to see all of the most scenic parts, and we were not disappointed! Our tour guide, Peter, was a delight. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the park, and he took us to the most beautiful scenic spots for photos. We kicked off the day with some coffee and tea from Dunkin' and then we proceeded to make our way through the park, stopping at various points along the way to admire the beauty and to discuss park history. Towards the end of our tour, we stopped at the gift center, and by the end Peter was kind enough to offer to drive us to a very cozy, scenic spot for lunch in Lewiston. Not only did we get to enjoy a nice lunch, but Peter was kind enough - and patient enough - to even drive us back to our hotel after we had eaten. We couldn't have asked for better tour guide - five stars! I will be booking with Viator again!
