A very nice tour with a great guide Fernando. Of course, two hours is not enough, but the tour gave a very interesting presentation of some of the great works. I wish we had weeks to explore the museum!

Having an excellent guide is essential, and in this case, Isabella exceeded expectations. Her depth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and communication skills made my appreciation of art meaningful and informative.

Our flight was canceled due to weather so we had to come in a day later. We had to cancel but was within 24 hour period. They did not let us reschedule even though it was no fault of our own. We lost all of the money paid.

Our guide, Isabel, was fantastic. She enthusiastically shared the history of the pieces with true passion for art. I left feeling in awe of the beautiful art we viewed, and spent some additional time exploring the museum on our own. The “skip the line” ticket was an added plus as it was extremely busy the day we visited.

Our group of six (not related) was expertly led by Isabel. The museum was quite crowded but she was masterful at navigating the entry and crowds, especially for one in our group who used a wheelchair. Isabel’s knowledge of the select group of paintings we viewed was enlightening and enjoyable.

Our guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and made all of us want to research more about the paintings and Spanish history. It was a great tour.

The guide did a great job helping us explore the major pieces of art while avoiding the most crowded moments. He explained the art in a personal way that made it more memorable.

We had a very small group tour (2). Our guide, Isabel, was excellent and very personable This was only an hour tour, so we covered only the highlights on floors 0 & 1. For the price it should have been a longer tour.

Small group was perfect size. Alex was a great guide - knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Would recommend.

Maria was very knowledgeable about the paintings and the artists. We visited a number of the most well-known paintings and she explained in detail the history of the painting, what it depicted, and specifics about the individual artist. She was quite friendly and answered all of our questions. We definitely would book with Maria again.
