Comfortable car with waters and Wi-Fi. Deibi was very professional and spoke great English! We enjoyed hearing about the history of Dominican Republic.

Stopped in timely manner for bathroom break as our ride was 1hr, 15 minutes. Vehicle was very clean and air conditioning was great. Smooth, safe ride.

Perfect service. Someone was waiting at the airport for us at the pick up point with a clean van and could AC. Journey to the hotel was safe and calm no issues at all. Pick up from the airport was on time and again a nice clean cold van, great driving and no issues at all. Both ways we had emails the day before confirming where to meet and who would be meeting us. Both vans had wifi in them too, no issues at all. The service cannot be faulted

The mini bus isn’t comfortable at all they never wait with a paper having your name on it as they promise but the price is reasonable and the driver is nice

We booked roundtrip private transfer to and from PUJ to SCC. Sandy was our driver from PUJ to SCC. He was professional, courteous and prompt. Upon arrival to PUJ we located the Transekur desk, "checked-in" and were escorted immediately to our SUV. The vehicle was clean and cool. Sandy greeted us, loaded our luggage and we were off for SCC. Upon arrival at SCC, following the very short transfer (18 mins), Sandy helped the SCC bellman unload our luggage and bid us farewell. Our pick-up at SCC was just as smooth. Polanco was our driver. He was a bit delayed in arrival but we had plenty of time and weren't worried at all knowing the trip to PUJ would be approx 20 mins. Again the SUV was clean and cool. Our luggage was promptly loaded and we were off for PUJ. Polanco delivered us professionally and promptly to the departures area at PUJ where we were greeted by 2 porters who helped expedite us through the airport. After checking in with our airline my husband realized he had left his cell phone in the vehicle with Polanco. I called Polanco and he answered and within 15 minutes he was back at the departure lane with my husband's cell phone. Polanco was the absolute best on Thursday when we were leaving. His professionalism and courteousness were so refreshing and he was pleasant the entire time. Thank you Polanco. Will definitely use Transekur again. We rate them 5/5.

Alexander was amazing! So funny and welcoming, always cracking jokes. WiFi included along with water and drinks. He also is very informative and has good recommendations, definitely would recommend!!

Our driver Isaac went above and beyond when I forgot my ring and earrings in the room. I so appreciate that he took the time to do that for me. We were also picked up at the airport by this same company. They did a great job in making sure we were comfortable in the vehicle and picked up on time for both arrival and departure. Highly recommend.

Very professional. They called the driver, walked us out to the waiting van that was air conditioned. The driver, Alberto, was polite, offered iced water bottles, and drove carefully for the 50 minute ride.
