Such a fun day! The ocean was a little rough and not conducive to snorkeling, but we enjoyed a wonderful kayaking experience around the mangroves, which blocked the wind. We saw nurse sharks, needle fish, numerous types of birds and even found shells. The captain was very accommodating with having everything ready for us and making great conversation. Great experience!

Absolutely the best day!! We got an amazing tour around the area by boat and then did a little fishing and all caught a couple + fish!! That was a blast!! Then he drove us towards a beautiful sunset!! Could not have asked for a better day!!

Capt Tim did a little bit of a custom sunset cruise for us. We went through some of the mangos and snorkeled a reef close by. The snorkeling area was great with tons of fish and coral. Then we went to a sand bar for a sunset happy hour. PERFECT location. The sunset location was awesome.

A great and relaxing private sunset tour! Captain Tim gave us a brief history of the area before showing us the mangrove trees. The kids enjoyed being out in the open sea. We all enjoyed the sunset on the way back. It was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

Native Sun never disappoints. We had a great time with Capt Tim at the sandbar on our last trip, so we thought we’d try the sunset cruise this time. WOW! What an amazing experience. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We liked that it was a little cooler on the water in the evening after such a warm day of sightseeing in Key West. Capt Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. We always appreciate his local point of view and interesting stories about life on the water. Even the teenagers were entertained. I highly recommend getting out on the water with Native Sun.

Our experience was fantastic with Tim this was all planned out by my fiancé he proposed to me on this private boat with Tim (owner) and he included himself with helping us with filming the whole thing taking us to the right spots the sunset was amazing he knew exactly where to go. Captain Tim was amazing and helped us pull off a beautiful surprise proposal!! I contacted so many other companies in key west and can’t say enough how glad I was that we ended up working with captain Tim. The boat was nice and he provided cups and a cooler with ice. We were able to bring snacks and alcohol we wanted to enjoy as well. He worked very well with the photographer we hired and with keeping to the cover story. It was truly a beautiful private sunset cruise and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

One of my best experiences in Key West this year! This was our 3rd charter with Capt Tim and Native Sun and it was awesome. My husband and I did a sunset cruise for the second time with Capt Tim on Monday night and he did an awesome job. Last time we went around Key West, and that was great to see it from the water, but this time he did a different trip. He took us into some (for lack of a better word) coves and pointed out some things that tourists don’t usually see; shrimp boats, the desalination plant(which I never knew even existed) the island backup generator, Burt Reynolds old boat!, Boca Chica from the water. He was very informative and showed us things we never would have seen. He was very informative and was able to answer all my questions. And on top of that he provided a perfect sunset!! Well, he didn’t really have anything to do with the perfect sunset, but we were in the open water, at a perfect spot to watch it! I can’t wait for my next trip to Key West so I can do another charter trip with Capt Tim. Thank you for topping off my vacation with a perfect evening!! What a fantastic experience! If I could give Captain Tim 10 stars, I would! We had a private Sunset Cruise and Captain did absolutely everything to make us happy and comfortable. He even texted us before the cruise saying that the weather is hot and we could go swimming if we chose to! We gladly agreed and it was a beautiful experience. The cruise was really romantic and I highly recommend it as couples’ activity and/or a perfect date.

First He took us on a tour of some of the sights around Key West marina and shoreline, then to a hidden spot where my wife and daughter got to swim in crystal clear water, and to top it off and amazing ride back into an awesome sunset, don’t look any further and book your cruise now!!
