We had Jose Severino R. as our driver on the way back to the airport and our experience was great! Our flight was delayed so we were able to push the pick up by a couple of hours. He was prompt, polite and played great music too! Can’t wait to come back to Punta Cana, and when we do we’ll definitely book the same private shuttle service. Hopefully we get Jose again!

An incredible trip, that does not compare to any other. Can’t wait to come again next year. Be sure to ask for Osiris for your drive from the airport to hotel and back. You will not have a better driver.

Counter in airport denied we had a booking with them, tried to send us away to taxi rank. Finally after our insistence and showing all the emails, they reluctantly found us a van, a very long walk away. Hopefully the return will be more organized
