The crew and main woman who ran this snorkeling trip were wonderful! They were friendly, helpful and often had us laughing. Cannot say enough good things about them. As far as the tour itself, I was pretty disappointed. Railay beach was the only beach that was really worth visiting. It was beautiful and the sunset was gorgeous. Poda beach was ok but we barely saw any life snorkeling and the beach was only OK compared to many of the other Islands. The other beaches were pretty useless. We spent only a little time there and there wasn't much to it. The worst part that I can't believe i didn't read about anywhere is the plankton and jellyfish! There is ALWAYS plankton around ALL of the islands and they sting like jellyfish! The jellyfish happened to be bad also and I got stung on my arm as well. As you can see from the pics, I got stung a lot and it was pretty painful! Even with vinegar, pineapple juice and coke a cola for around my mouth, NOTHING HELPED! I was in pain till the next day! As far as the night snorkeling...it really was nothing to write home about! They make it sound like you'll see a million stars in the ocean, I really didn't see that much and once again, got stung! Our group pretty much jumped in and out quickly as everyone was getting stung. I was stung on my back, chest, legs, mouth, face and eyelids. FYI, You can also book these tours EVERYWHERE on the islands at a significantly lower cost! I got a quote of about 32$ and you can always negotiate even lower. There are so many boats and tour comapanies, so trust me when I tell you, you will have no problem finding one! Overall, I saw very little sea life, the islands we visited were only ok, the food they provided was lousy and getting stung was brutal and lasted till the next day. Hate to be a downer but this tour fell really flat! Outside of the excellent staff and the views at sunset, it would've been a total bust!

My husband and I really enjoyed this trip. We saw many beautiful places throughout the day. The tour guides were excellent (Bella, Stephane, Anda) and made sure we had everything we needed. They also took some great photos of us which they later sent. We liked the fact that the tour was not overcrowded and that the itinerary was adjusted in order to beat the crowds at the most popular spots. The snorkelling was a great experience and we felt completely safe in their hands. The picnic lunch on the beach was incredible. To be honest, we loved everything about this tour. The tour guides really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again to Bella, Stephane and Anda. We highly recommend this tour.

This trip was honestly fantastic and a highlight of our whole visit to Thailand. The crew were so friendly, funny and knowledgeable, there were lots of them (3 hosts plus boat drivers, for our group of 11) which meant there was always someone to answer questions etc. The boat was a large spacious speedboat so we didn’t waste any time getting from place to place and the journeys were very pleasant. The islands we visited were all beautiful, there was enough time on each of them, and lunch was very nice (a picnic of Thai food on the beach) then a sandwich later on. Also plenty of water & juice on board which was very appreciated as I often get very thirsty. The highlight though was the snorkelling - both during the day where we saw lots of colourful fish, coral, sea urchins, puffer fish etc. The water was murky at points but still clear enough to see. The night time with bioluminescent plankton was amazing too - I was prepared to be disappointed but I really wasn’t. You had to move your hands underwater to get them to glow, so it’s not as if they all glow at once like the night sky, but still incredibly cool. We booked through Tripadvisor and paid £75pp, when we got to the area we thought we’d been ripped off as lots of signs for cheaper island hopping tours, but for the quality of the day I’d be happy to pay it again. Worth every penny!! Book it, you won’t regret it!!

Best boat trip! Sakee and Noey did absolutely everything to make our day so special, including tailoring the tour to what we wanted! The food was great and the guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very relaxing, and the snorkelling was fantastic! Cannot recommend enough :). The boat was spacious, clean and comfortable and the equipment they provided for snorkelling were good quality.

Absolutely loved this tour! Everything was so well organised. The guides (Stephane, Panya, and Anda) were super friendly, helpful, and communicative at every stop. There was always a guide in the water with us and one of the guides even went snorkeling and pointed out all the different interesting fish! Safety was a top priority the entire time and the boat wasn't completely overpacked (like some of the other tours with different companies that I've been on) so we felt very comfortable. Cannot recommend this tour enough.

Highly recommend booking with Thalassa. Our group was small and our guides were fantastic! They max the group size at 17, but we only had 6! Lucky us! Overall a wonderful experience. The snorkeling was fantastic, we saw so much marine life even though it was cloudy. Nice info and details about each island and the fish we saw. The boat was comfortable. The food was decent. (Sandwiches then later a bigger meal on Poda island before sunset). The views were fabulous. The pictures are great!

Absolutely fantastic day of unbelievably gorgeous sightseeing and a couple of snorkeling stops. Breath-taking scenery. Our guide, Sakee, was the absolute best!!! So fun, friendly and informative. Fantastic lunch, too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This tour was our favorite of the three we did in Krabi. The snorkeling spot we went to had the most sea life, the sunset was stunning, and even though we only had about 5 minutes to swim with the plankton, it was such a cool experience. Sakee and Marc are very good instructors and full of life. The boat we took was very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks everyone!

Great tour with Tuna and Bella visiting some of the most highlights places in the 4 Islands area. Highly reccommended, it is a must if you come to Ao Nang

Really excellent day with the very warm and friendly Sake and her crew. Always conscious of safety and how to best enjoy the different activities, Sake was deeply knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, the different parts of the sea we snorkelled in and the different fish we saw. And she seems to genuinely enjoy sharing all this information with you. A perfect day was finished off with a wonderful meal on the beach watching the sunset, followed by an unforgettable night snorkel to experience the bioluminescent plankton!

We really enjoyed this trip. 2 parents and our 17 and 19 year old daughters.. The landscape is amazing and this trip took us to some great spots for photos, swimming and snorkeling. The guides were great and looked after us really well and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves.. The snorkeling was excellent with lots to see, and the swim after dark with bioluminescent plankton was a great experience. Definitely recommend if you want a memorable day out.

Highly recommend this tour! We loved seeing the various spots and enjoyed the explanations and stories/history our guides (Sakee & Stephane) gave us during the tour - both about the fish/coral we saw during snorkeling (they saw around with us to help point out things, which isn’t done in most tours) and islands/areas. Both our guides (Stephane and Sakee) were friendly and personable and new great places to take good photos for us to have physical memories of our experience. We had rain during our tour and the guides and boat driver new exactly how to dynamically adjust the plan/schedule to avoid the rain while still being able to see everything — and without being rushed at any stop. Also would definitely recommend this as its on a speedboat (vs long tail boat that many other tours use) as it allows for quick travel (and rain/rough seas avoidance!), more time at the stops, and safer/comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the lunch included in the tour is a late mid-afternoon lunch. So just plan accordingly and eat a late morning/mid-day snack after breakfast and before going on the tour. The lunch food was very tasty and non-issue to eat later as long as you have a snack before leaving!

This was a very well organized trip- the guides were fun and they managed to keep us all on schedule. The highlights for me were the snorkelling activities and the lovely sunset we got to see. I would definitely recommend giving this tour a go- its absolutely beautiful and more importantly very relaxing! :)

This tour was great! The scenery and activities were awesome but what made it really special were the wonderful tour guides! We had a great time and couldn’t recommend enough!

We had such an amazing day on this tour. Our guide Tuna was so funny and always had something to tell us about the islands. The snorkelling was so fun, despite going during monsoon season and the water not being as clear, it was still clear enough to have an amazing time looking at different fish.

Stephane and Sakee did an amazing job of the trip. The night snorkel was the highlight. Pretty well organised and is worth the trip.

Sakee and Tuna took us to visit the 4 islands as well as to do some night snorkeling. Thanks to their expertise we were able to see less touristy places, and it turned out to be more relaxing than other tours we have done in Krabi, as the group was smaller and we were given free time during the stops. Lovely lunch in Poda Island and a snack at sunset in Railay beach. We particularly loved the daytime snorkeling around a tiny island. Definitely worth it.
