Great staff and amazing experience with safety first! The team were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent a good deal of time in the air and had a good landing too.

The views of the other balloons and the entire experience was great. The landing was rough. The guy over shot and we ended up in a thorny field. We tipped 3 times but ended up vertical so it was fine. Nice breakfast afterwards and the food was good. I would 100% recommend.

The sight of the balloons fully inflated , taking off and inflight is magnificent. This experience was the highlight of my Majorca trip. They went out of their way to arrange transportation for my fiancé and I from our hotel which was much cheaper than a taxi would have been. I initially was quite afraid of going up to the sky but Ricardo and the others made it very clear that safety was their main priority so I felt in safe hands from beginning to end. He had a lovely sense of humour and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They even prepared breakfast for us and overall was a very wholesome experience. If you’re considering booking this then do it. The views were amazing and it’s something I’ll always remember.

Booked this as a Birthday surprise for my wife and we both loved it! Ricardo was a wonderful pilot and we felt save at any minute of the trip. We didn’t see the sunrise, but one cannot change the weather. It was still very nice, we’ll do it again.

Truely amazing from start to finish, take off, flight and landing smooth and couldn’t have asked for more. The crew were informative and professional but had a sense of fun with it - fluent in a number of languages. Not sure what I was expecting really but it was a fantastic experience - views were brilliant and it was so nice to see the sunrise from the basket

This was the best experience on our trip, the whole package provided was amazing, crew was very friendly and helpful, we talked with one of the ground crew members from Portugal and he was most helpful, explained the whole process,shared the stories and behind scenes. The captain Ricardo was great, he was explaining on the run what is happening, how the wind changes and how this affects our balloon trip. We got amazing photos and are delighted with the whole set, it was all worth it getting up early for the sunrise. Plus you get to help with the preparations and can observe the whole process. Thank you all for this unforgettable experience!!

Went on the early morning sunrise balloon trip for my birthday with my daughter. Our pilot was Carlos and he made us feel incredibly safe throughout. The entire experience was peaceful, relaxing and gentle (including take off and landing). Carlos was a font of knowledge regarding the history, landscape and features of the island, which made the balloon ride even more interesting. We’d also like to give Miguel a mention too, he worked so hard to help Carlos set up & prepare for flight & was waiting to collect us on landing. Both Carlos and Miguel were incredibly friendly and polite, as were the other pilots and staff at Mallorca Balloons. This experience was the highlight of our second visit to the island and I would highly recommend it.

For someone who is scared of heights I booked this with my wife and 9 year old daughter and it was the highlight of our holiday so far, it was so relaxing from take off to landing and the crew were extremely friendly with allowing us to assist in setting up the balloon and dismantling the balloon. Would highly recommend including this as part of a visit to Mallorca

Absolutely fantastic experience. Carlos, our balloon pilot, was very impressive with his flying, knowledge and information about the area, plus he was a very friendly, likeable person! The takeoff and landing were amazingly smooth and nothing to be afraid of. The whole experience of flying in the balloon was tranquil and amazing, definitely something we’d love to do again. The whole team were great and made the trip the best thing we have done on our wonderful holiday in Mallorca. Would absolutely, without doubt recommend.
