Wonderful class with delicious food and expert chef! We are avid cooks and have been to other cooking classes but loved this one the most. It was amazing to learn about local food and the experience was fun for our whole group! We had fun talking cooking and learning. Wine pairings with each meal were an added bonus. Would recommend and would book again! Worth a trip to napflio just for this class.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely evening with Kostas and Agathi. Together we cooked a delicious meal of Greek specialties with a modern twist. We learned a good number of tricks and techniques which we’ll be able to apply at home. Our hosts were exceptionally personable and we learned about Nafplio (and Greece in general) over the course of the evening. Strongly recommend!

Costas and Agathi provided a friendly atmosphere and cultural experience along with a memorable cooking/culinary experience. The hosts ensured everyone had an opportunity to participate, and offered practical advice on knife technique and whisking. A great value and one of the highlights of our visit to Greece.

Costas and Agathi had a terrific rapport with our group of six women “of a certain age.” Lots of practical tips to be used for any cuisine. Absolutely exquisite menu and wine pairings. Our cooking class was the highlight of our Nafplio itinerary plus we got great recommendations for the rest of our time in Greece. Do not hesitate to do this, you’ll get a great experience and amazing food and wine.

We spent two weeks in Greece and my traveling companions and I all agree that this was the best meal of the trip. We didn’t have time for the cooking class and instead chose the private chefs table dinner and WOW was this an exceptional experience. The food and wine pairings were perfect and delicious. Four of us joined two other couples for a wonderful cooking class. The class was organised and structured and yet it felt very relaxed. Of course the beautiful wine helped!! The menu was interesting because it put modern twists on classic Greek cuisine, and we were taught techniques which could be easily used in other cuisine. We really had a fun day, a real highlight of our trip! Would highly recommend

Agathi & Costas were delightful. We had so much fun! They served plenty of quality wine and the time flew by. The dishes we made were very good. Costas is a great chef. We strongly recommend you take a break for the ruins and museums and enjoy yourself with Chef Costas and Agathi.

What an incredible experience. As a family we all took part in preparing the five course menu, tailored to our requests, supervised by the incredibly knowledgeable and talented Costas and Agatha. The food itself was absolutely delicious. An experience we all loved, particularly our 13 year old son who said it was the best part of the holiday. Would unreservedly recommend.

We had a Chef's Table - a private 3 course dinner with wine pairing with chef Costas. It was not just a dinner, it was such an experience! He made a Greek fine dining menu and it was delicious. Wine pairing was excellent. Costas' wife Agathi provided an excellent service during the dinner. Costas goes to the local market daily to pick the freshest seasonal ingredients and changes the menu constantly. He is extremely passionate about cooking and used to work as a professional chef in Athens before he moved to Nafplio. This is definitely the best dining experience we had in Nafplio and one of the best in Greece. It seems from the reviews that many people choose a cooking class, but for foodies I highly recommend a private dinner, it is such a luxury. If we travel again to Greece, we will come back to Nafplio just to have a dinner with Costas!

Let me start by saying that my group are foodies and home chefs. If you’re looking for an experience like no other, then this is it! Chef & Agathi are amazing hosts. Working together you will prep a five course meal from start to finish. Chef is very patient and teaches you some amazing things. Once you’ve completed the prep, chef starts cooking and plating each course. Agathi then starts pouring the local wines that are paired with each course. Chefs’ knowledge of the local ingredients and wines is superb. Each course builds upon the last until the crescendo of the final plate. This was truly a one of a kind experience!

Great fun and food. Our group of 6 ladies were delighted by friendly chefs Kostos and Agati. We not only learned new techniques but had a fresh, healthy Greek meal. I highly recommend.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids (12 years) and cooked an amazing dinner with Agathi and Kostas. They kept the kids involved and made it fun the entire time. They were totally flexible on coming up with a menu that we wanted to do. The space is really beautiful and a pleasure to be cooking and hanging out there. And the food was amazing, paired with wonderful wines. I recommend making the Orange Pie - incredible! It truly was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece!

We honestly had high expectations due to the reviews before booking. Someone else mentioned it was the highlight of their 2-week trip, and we wholeheartedly agree! I recommend doing this at the start of your trip because Costas has great information and history about Greek cooking. We learned so much, not just about cooking techniques but the history behind Greek cuisine too. When Agathi joined us, we learned a lot more about the wine in the region and had an amazing wine pairing for each course. Everything was organized and there were never any awkward lulls. Plus the food we cooked was AMAZING. I still think about the orange pie :) We wish we could do it again but know that we will be in touch when we find ourselves in Nafplio again! Highly recommended The best cooking class in Nafplio chef Kostas and his wife Agati are supper professional, kind and gave us the best experience ever we learned how to bake bread, cock main dish and first dish and more we had an amazing evening cooking and at the end eating a great dinner with great wine if you are in Nafplio and want something unique to do this is the right place!
