We had a great time from the pick up to the drop off! The guys were fantastic! Clay and William were excellent teachers and hosts!!! Highly recommend!!!

Energetic girls are a friendly team. Accommodating and excellent multitasking narrative Get schooled, some foraging, head to the forest hike, end at the beach for a snack then Segway back. I was expecting to see animals but no luck. This tour runs rain or shine.

We had a private tour with William and Kacie. The tour with William and Kacie was special and informative and the views were incredible. William pointed out a whale spout and Kacie knew her stuff about all the plants and trees on the forest hike. I would totally recommend this tour for something fun to do. The segway is easy to handle. William & Kacie!!!

1. Segway are an awesome way to see your surrounds & relatively easy to master 2. Carli & Mallory provided the best training & safety session we have experienced and we have segwayed in a number of different countries. 3. The commentary provided by Carli & Mallory was informative, chatty and they were able to answer the questions put to them. The care shown to the less confident riders was exemplary The whole experience was brilliant and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and to do it again.

William and Kacie were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lovely time as they took us on our adventure. Kacie and William regaled us with some fun facts about Juneau and also shared some of their own personal stories. We enjoyed our trip very much and would recommend to friends and family. Casie and Karly were absolutely amazing which made for unforgettable experience. We learned so much history and even tried some edible berries and plants. Definitely a highlight of our whole vacation.

This was a blast! The segway is a ton of fun and easy to get the hang of. The scenario is beautiful and amazing. The rainforest trek was also a highlight. Our three guides were a ton of fun and we really enjoyed everything we did. Highly recommended!

Wow!!! First we were greeted with two young people who just made the tour very uplifting. They were both very knowledgeable and made sure everyone in that tour was having a good experience. Casey and Carly did an awesome job and explaining nature and Juneau. We had a windy rainy cold weather but they both made it very friendly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is thinking about it. Just go and book it. I was debating back and forth for a whole month prior to my cruise date and 30 min prior to arriving Juneau I didn’t regret it one bit. My two young adults also stated they had a good time and if they come back to Alaska they would book it as well AGAIN!

Carli and Kace were awesome! We were super lucky and saw orca! They were able to help identify edible foliage and were very positive and funny. I highly recommend taking your tour with them :)

Enjoyed the rainforest experience, to include multiple eagle sightings. Cold weather gear, to include gloves, recommended! Did not expect to ride the Segway along a major road the entire time. Probably would not have signed up.

This was a really fun way to see some great locations away from the usual tourist stuff. It was just the right length. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to see Alaska as it really is.

We did our homework before arriving in Juneau and booked with Segway as a great way to explore. Our goal with the group was to make sure we had fun with Erin and Reuben with others. Husband and wife duo were very entertaining and a great way to get together for fun. Ideally book in advance as this business is very busy. We had a few newbie’s who hadn’t ridden before and a few rusty ones… lol. The group certainly become comfortable with the leadership of the experienced team of Segway Alaska and the jokes did fly around. Definitely a good way to start the Juneau experience.

The tour guides were knowledgeable of the area and were very patient with the first-time users of the segway. The weather was cooperative, and we were able to ride the path without any issues.

We had a fun time learning to drive the Segway and saw beautiful scenery along the way. Would recommend this tour.

It was a great tour - with a very knowledgeable guide. I was pleased to be away from the hustle of Juneau and to experience a more peaceful experience on Douglas Island. Highly recommend!

The scenery was amazing, loved the hike through the rain forest and our tour guide Mary Ann was a lot of fun…highly recommend the tour, it took us just a few minutes to learn how to ride the segways.

Booked this segway tour for our family to enjoy during our Juneau cruise ship port stop. It worked out really well! My husband, 9 year old and I were the only ones on the tour that day and thoroughly enjoyed the ride along the coast and the mid-way hike into the rainforest. The views were spectacular and we even got a great view of Mendenhall Glacier in the distance. Our son was too young for a segway so he got a unique Trikke type scooter that was just as neat, and had a great time. Our guide Maria was fun and informative. We'd definitely recommend this tour for the beautiful Alaska scenery and unique experience of riding a segway. There's very minimal driving time to the tour destination and you really get to spend a fair amount of time riding about.
