This place has so much potential but is so very poorly run. It’s generally dirty and run down looking…Rides are run by teenagers who move soooo slow causing crazy lines— we waited for Elmo’s flying fish for AN HOUR- which was absurd given the lack of crowds at the park on a random Saturday in April! There were no Sesame Street shows at all- the only show was a pay for admission for baby shark- disgraceful they charge a separate admission for such a show given the ridiculous price of park tickets and how few attractions they have. The only character meet on the schedule was Elmo. We saw Cookie Monster randomly. The food is so terrible- how do you not have some healthy options on a menu!!! The place isn’t worth the price of admission- it’s a short drive for us so I don’t feel like we wasted a day, but if you plan on traveling to make this a memorable trip, set your expectations accordinglyWe visited during Easter extravaganza event, Water rides were not open, and for all other rides there were min 20 mins of waiting. We visited during Easter extravaganza event, Water rides were not open, and for all other rides there were min 20 mins of waiting. Appearance of characters , live shows , dance party and parade were great. Most of the eatery places were closed too, and only one restaurant which was open had waiting of around 30 mins for placing order. Though food was good. Overall good experience for my 6 year daughter, she enjoyed a lot.Took the family for a Furry Christmas and had a blast! We arrived at 1 and didn’t leave until after 6 when the parade finished. The little ones especially loved seeing Elmo and all the other characters. They had so much fun watching the sing a long on stage and riding all the rides! The parade was perfect way to end the night! Definitely worth it!The park experience was ok. But their service is horrible to say the least. The park experience was ok. But their service is horrible to say the least. Our official Christmas Family Photo ruined by the awful horrible customer service provided by @sesameplace @sesamestreet We paid to have our photos downloaded before leaving the park on November 28. We took our son for his birthday and to meet Santa. All photos are kept locked regardless of us paying for them. I have called, emailed and even reach through social media. Everyone said that would help yet here we are almost a month later. And we have the receipt to prove it!I’ve been here more than I should have in my lifetime and let me just say that the last I was there during the pandemic the amount of people not wearing masks was ridiculous. I’ve been here more than I should have in my lifetime and let me just say that the last I was there during the pandemic the amount of people not wearing masks was ridiculous. Now we purchased season passes for 2022 .. 2 passes and 2 one day tickets we accidentally picked the wrong date and upon going to the park they said they can switch the tickets but had to charge me extra because the cost of the ticket the day prior to my original booking costs more. I purchased these tickets online and was able to choose the date I wanted.. I picked the wrong date an honest mistake and just spent about $700. It’s poor taste to charge extra when the tickets and the sale was a said price.. very poor customer service.. and nothing guest relations about this type of service. The worst part, the supervisor couldn’t even come out to speak to me…. Who ever was working the night of 12/17/2021 as a supervisor or manager doesn’t know the meaning of proper guest relations.. especially when you have loads of families spending hundreds of dollars. Very unprofessional and will be my last season pass.. I just spent 45 min waiting at guest relations all because of poor customer service skills with over a hundred people in the park and two employees handling guest relations. Ridiculous .. says a lot about this place
