Terrible experience. We used Traventuria for many years, this time we were a big group we paid more than 5k euros, we had some new snowboards and skiers, the staff was arrogant they didn’t help anybody, our friend was given 3 size bigger boots, the guy with the glasses was never friendly and start laughing in our face, that is horrible service honestly, we all paid for premium and we were give the same basic equipment like last year. please please don’t book with them are much better options and with friendly staff like TSAKIRS . Safe trip and enjoy the mountain

This is my first snowboarding season and have really enjoyed it thanks to traventuria and their hospitality. I go snowboarding 3/4 times a week and was given my own locker with my snowboard in it (which I bought off the at the start of the season), rent boots everyday and get my board my waxed by their machine a couple times. Really pleased with the service. Massive thank you!

I have been using Traventuria for around 10 years now....and fir a good reason....They offer me early bird discount for services....When I arrive at Sophia airport I am greeted by one of their Safe drivers for a stress free transfer..I am always greeted by the Team like an old friend ,and at 7.30 in the morning always a Smile and a Good Morning. So many alternative providers,but with Service provided by Traventuria,why change?? Thankyou Guys !!

Staff were very friendly, good quality snowboarding equipment, staff helped setup equipment, great locker facilities.

Excellent equipment, friendly & knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to assist with taxis and retrieving my brother in laws bag that he'd left on the mountain. The drying loxkers were great - we got caught in a huge downpour of rain and all equipment was dry by morning. We also had a number of private lessons which were very reasonably priced and easy to access. Our instructor was absolutely fantastic with our son who has autism as well as myself and my daughter who were first time skiers. We are planning to go back to bansko next year and will definitely be using the services again.

Booked snowboard & ski equipment for my children along with transport to & from Sofia, I have used Traventuria several times & they have always been very helpful & professional. The transfers were on time with both drivers being helpful. The storage option for the equipment is a big help, location near the Gondola station is great. Will use again.

Nadejda was very knowledgeable and helpful for our group of five. She sorted all our ski gear for our first day of skiing in good time. Such a great location near the gondola which made it so easy to use there overnight storage option. Would highly recommend.

Went to snowboard in sofia, rented most of my equipment from there (jacket, pants rented, while gloves and ski socks i ended up buying) Really super friendly staff, a lot of great workers who will help you until you feel settled and comfortable in your equipment. They helped us with our luggage, so we could stay more in Bansko, and generally the vibe from the staff was amazing. The prices themselves overall really feel fair! I rented my snowboard at the Bansko ski rent shop, near the gondola so i wont have trouble walking. Overall, highly reccomend, not only is the store close to the gondola lift, its also super fair with a great staff.

We went to Bulgaria for skiing for the first time and I must say we couldn´t choose a better shop than this one! It had the nicest staff ever, whenever we needed something, they were willing to do it for us asap. When we needed to change the equipment, it was no problem for them and they managed everything, so we didn´t need to worry and could enjoy the stay. The location of the shop is another great thing about it, because it´s right next to the slopes. Thanks a lot, we are looking forward to our next visit!

This must be our 5th or 6th year of sking BANSKO with our family and friends. Once again Ski & Board Traventuria have kitted us out with fanistic equipment and service. Never an issue in coming back in the evening with boot or ski problems which they readily resolve. Even mid week when the youngsters decide to change between skiing and snow boarding its not a problem.
