Even though it rained a majority of our excursion, our guide Todd was AMAZING!!! He was so knowledgeable and showed us a great time.

This excursion takes you through the southern half of the island to give you a really good feel for the island history, culture, and geography. We went on our first day of our first trip to the big island intending to do just that. It involves a lot of driving, which was much better with a driver and knowledgeable guide than it would have been to try to do it all on our own. It’s a long day but we were well cared for and enjoyed the company and stories provided by our guide, Todd.

We had Scott as a guide. It was the best 12 hours! The tour was a day to remember and Scott was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience so great! Highly recommend this tour!!!!

Henry our tour guide was amazing! So knowledgeable about the island! We got to see and do all the things at were promised! Very cool experience. They are not joking when they say it’s take 10-12 hours either! We got picked up at 10:30am and dropped off at 10:15PM! 100% worth it!!

An amazing trip!!! Well worth the money. We we fortunate as the weather was raining hard but miraculously cleared up for the Kilauea visit. What an amazing sight!! Spectacular with the steam rising from the many hot spots. And the night star gazing with a true astronomy expert! Todd Wilkinson was fantastic! Do not hesitate!

This tour covered so many of the activities we wanted to accomplish on our trip and was an absolute blast. We were lucky enough to have Aaron as our tour guide and he was amazing - and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Dreu Basaldua, our tour guide was amazing, hence his position as a lead guide. I was amazed he could share his knowledge for almost 12 hours! He made the tour an extremely memorable experience.

It was a long tour cover the whole island and each stop were quite brief. We spend most of the time sitting the van. We stayed at the east of island and got up early drove 2 hours to the west of the island pick up point. We arrived 15mins early but at the other side of the building. The driver knows we have arrived and text us the exact location but we only saw it 7mins later, when we walked to the pick up point which is only 1 min away, the driver has left us and gone. We had to contact the agent urgently and had to drove ourselves to the next pick up point which is another 45mins. This has made our day stressful and we didn’t think the tour was good value for money. We arrived at our place around 1:30am that day.

Todd did a great job of guiding and informing. His personality was made for this job. Disappointed that the weather didn't let us see stars but not Todd's fault. I would recommend this tour and company. Very nice experience.

Our tour was amazing!! Our guide, Aaron, shared so much knowledge with us. We learned so many cool facts about the flora, fauna, geography, and history of the big island. We had so much fun that the day flew by! Our lunch was very good (it is served at the end of the first stop, so do not eat a super large breakfast). There are more than enough bathroom breaks/stops so you do not have to worry. Wear layers! The second half of the tour is at the volcanoes gets chilly and windy. I was comfortable in leggings, a top, a windbreaker, and a quilted pullover. The stargazing portion was the coldest, but we were provided with thicker coats to put on which was perfect. Do not hesitate to book this tour. It was the highlight of our trip and we can’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I don't usually do tours. I am so glad we did. We had a wonderful day, and were able to see so many things. Aaron was a great guide. He made sure everyone was comfortable and we learned so much about each stop of the tour. He is a wealth of knowledge, and explains each subject so well. You can tell he loves showing guests his home. The stargazing at the end was beautiful. Thank you Aaron! Our day spent with you was a highlight of our time on the Big Island! Mahalo

The volcanos and driving through the chain road of volcanos! Our tour guide, Aaron was quite knowledgeable with regards to culture, history and language! He had a nice clear voice for all to hear and was sensitive to our needs as we are all senior age.

Great Tour with the best guide I had of all tours on the Big Island. Miexia (pronounced "Mischa") was a proverbial fountain of local knowledge delivered with a wry sense of humor. I definitely felt Ohana vibes from him - even keeping in touch afterwards via text. The tour itself is exactly as described - beginning with a visit to a small Kona coffee farm for tasting, followed-by lunch on the grounds; we then drove about an hour to the Punalu'u Bake Shop (DEFINITELY try the Lilikoi Malasada!) then another 10min down the road to the Black Sand Beach (to see green turtles). From there we headed into Volcanoes Nat'l Park for about 2-1/2 hrs of touring with 9-10 stops (incl a walk through the Thurston Lava Tube); this was followed by a dinner (of generous proportions) at the Lava Rock Cafe; then we drove another 75min to the center of the island, near Mauna Kea, for a bit of stargazing (it would've lasted longer had clouds not moved-in). It's a long day - about 12 total hours for me - but with many varied things to see and do I certainly wasn't complaining!

This tour is a total experience!. Dreu is a wealth of information, folklore,flora and stargazing and especially volcanoes The weather was unpredictable but we were lucky. Long day with sun,rain and cold but well worth it. Would go again with Dreu and Wasabi tours

It was wonderful tour, hands down. Our guide “Scott” was very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth person. He was giving his commentary with wonderful knowledge about the island, as soon as we got picked up from our Hilton Kohala Suites located in Waikoloa. He is truly a Hawaiian soul. Dreu was an energetic and knowledgeable tour guide who filled the 12 hours with interesting facts, history and folklore. He talked nearly the entire time (with a few music breaks) narrating before, during and after each site. This is our second tour with Dreu at the helm. I look forward to booking #3 in a couple of years! A fun day!

Henry with Wasabi tours was amazing! A great guide and storyteller! Missed out on stargazing due to rain and clouds but it was a great day!

Perfection! Far exceeded my hopes! Our guide Miexia was educational and humorous! The coffee plantation was lovely. Black sand beach gorgeous and the volcano and all the craters breathtaking. All the food was excellent and plenty of water and bathroom breaks. My sister has mobility issues and Miexia even helped with that. I hope he got $50 tip from each passenger because he deserves that and more! A must do in Kona! Mahalo!
