The crew was lovely and very knowledgeable. The silfa experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. A hot chocolate and a chocolate bar were provider after the swim

My wife and I booked this experience and the experience itself was better than expected. The natural spring scenery was the highlight as intended. Our tour guide, Veronica, was top notch and had charisma to spare. She made the already impressive experience much more enjoyable. Amongst our group were 2 Icelandic locals (friends of ours) and they were even impressed with Veronica’s guided tour and will be attending again.

Everything was perfect. The weather was good and the water blue and clear. Lu was so professional friendly and fun. Thank you for everything.

This is such a great experience! Our guide was very informative and friendly. She was knowledgeable in snorkeling and provided a safe and warm/dry experience! The water is so unbelievably clear, it's incredible to see!! A must do while in Iceland.

Got sick overnight and wouldn’t refund - toothache needing emergency extraction. Only booked day before, plenty of spaces left for other people to book on if needed. Black and white no movement with tour operator or via tour even with evidence. Would not have been able to grip snorkel in mouth. Lost £230.

OMG such an amazing experience. I would like to thank Troll for even accepting us to continue with the event considering we were a late due to some car issues. Lou definitely did an amazing job of keeping us alive haha but also just helping us navigate and ensuring we had an enjoyable time. The hot coco afterwards was just icing on the cake!! We loved everything about this experience!

We are very thankful for Coach Lilian's guidance, which made our experience quite wonderful. Before starting, they carefully helped us put on dry suits and checked each one to prevent any issues while snorkeling. Afterwards, Lilian briefed the four of us about the whole activity process and things to be aware of. They also interacted with us in our native language. When it came time to get in the water, Lilian patiently taught us snorkeling techniques and took many photos and videos for us. Before we left, they also took some time to introduce us to Iceland's attractions. With their care, the entire activity went smoothly and was very safe. We highly recommend everyone to participate. Lastly, we would like to say Lilian is so handsome(Lan Jai).😂

Simply an amazing snorkeling experience! Norwegian family having a blast. Time spent in the water was even longer than expected. The kids (11 and 13) loved it. Mom an dad, being former scuba divers, loved it as well. The Troll instructor Veronica was top notch :-) Professional, calm, serviceminded, and just great with the kids of all ages ;-)

We had such a great experience with Lilian. I would recommend this to everyone who is going to visit Iceland. They have excellent equipment so it wasn't that cold, only part of my face. Lilian takes everything under control. No one gets wet, and everyone has fun with him. He also took some great photos!

This was my best snorkeling experience, first time in fresh water. My guide helped make sure everything fit properly and that my mask was on correctly. The water was so clear I could watch the sun light filter through the water making little rainbows that danced over the rocks below.

Outstanding experience! What a privilege to see such beauty. Our guide, James was great! He had an easy way about him that calmed my nerves, but turns out there was nothing to be afraid of!

This activity was such a cool and once-in-a-lifetime experience! My friends and I were a bit nervous before starting because we didn't know what to expect. I was personally a bit nervous about being cold. But our guide, Lu, was so kind and helpful and explained everything so well and eased our nerves. I felt like I could rely on her. During the actual snorkeling, Lu made sure to check in on us regularly to ensure we were okay. The entire activity went so smoothly thanks to her. The dry suit was kind of uncomfortable when we first put it on because it was so tight but you forget about it when you're actually snorkeling- I was amazed at how warm it kept me in the water. Would definitely recommend doing this activity with Troll Expeditions!

A spectacular experience! We went on a magnificent sunny day, the water was so clear and beautiful with the sun rays shining down through the water. Lilian was an amazing guide, made sure we understood all the instructions and took lots of pictures! Dry suits did a great job, we were not cold at all.
